Car was in for regular 10K service. Chose to wait for the car, instead of leaving it, and it was ready in less than an hour.

The experience was better this time, they provided the Uber service, the car working fine, but they need to work on the female representative that answer phone calls she doesn't communicate properly and very lock of education, she needs to be more polite.

The location is under construction so it?s a little messy but the service to get through is good. The wait is a bit long .

I highly recommend going to the dealership and asking for Rommel , he is the best salesperson we have ever had at this location. He listens to your needs and works with you to make sure you get the best deal possible. He is not pushy and help you close the deal. We almost did not return after our last visit but we came back with him and were not dissapointed.

Met me at the dealership the next day early before he was supposed to be at work. Started the process of purchasing a new vehicle. He explained everything in detail, very patient, very kind, as I was waiting for finance to be approved, he constantly kept me up-to-date. Answered all my questions in detail.
