We have the 2022 Limited edition. Love the heated and cooled leather seats, very comfortable. Overall vehicle is very quiet, except on concrete roadway surfaces. The rain sensing wipers don't function as well as the ones we had on our 2019 Rav4. I will say, the 3rd row seats are for young kids or very small flexible adults. Also, front doors need more of an arm rest higher up on the doors. The tri zone heat and cooling is great. I like how the adaptive cruise will even slow you down some when entering curves. The 11 speaker JBL sound system is very good. Overall, the negatives listed are fairly minor issues, because we really enjoy this vehicle and the features. I am disappointed that Toyota will not be offering the v-6 in 2023. I much prefer the smoothness and power and torque curve of the 6 versus the turbo 4. The 8 speed transmission is butter smooth, although the kickdown response could be improved. This is our 4th Toyota and will keep coming back because of the higher quality standards and overall reliability. Also, Toyota seems to listen to customers better and making adjustments or corrections better than a lot of the other auto makers.

My mother recently rented this car for a family vacation to West Virginia and it was amazing! Excellent mileage for an SUV its size. Great performance. Tons of safety features (which is a VERY GOOD thing). Beautiful acceleration. The only problem we had was with the fact that the car will adjust the speed depending on the cars around it (or something like that), but it only happened when cruise control was on. It was overall a very nice car and we are actually planning on purchasing one soon.

I did not intend to purchase a new car- U was at the dealership to get my car checked before a trip. They asked if I’d like to know the value of my car _ so I figured why not. Then, as I was waiting- I thought may as test drive a car. My sales woman, Catalina did a wonderful job; caring, kind and informative I decided to purchase the Corolla hybrid. The paperwork part was handled efficiently. and Amelia in the finance are was so friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable. It was an absolutely. totally pleasant experience. This is my second Highlander. The first was a 2008 model and still in the family running great. This model has also served me well. I have 75,000 miles on it. I bought new tires at 60,000 and just had the battery replaced 3 weeks ago. The car runs great!

My recent experience with BMW Schererville was great!! They were able to take me in the same day to get new tires installed, especially since I had a low tire and when I arrived my other tire was low as well so I had to get in same day and they were able to accomodate me.. Eric was very polite and nice and told me how much it was going to be from the beginning.. I have been there other times for sevice and they are very consistent with service. Never had any issues, and would reccommend to family and friends!

I leased a 2021 hybrid XLE. I had no idea the mileage would be insane for a vehicle this size. 37 to 40 mpg. I didn’t believe it either. I have saved two pmts maybe 3 in one year over the 2019 standard engine. Car drives great and many safety features make a completely reliable auto for my family. I will be getting another one when this lease is up I have no doubt. If you room for all your you won’t be disappointed.

Honest, Knowledgeable, Informative. I already had my mind made up on the vehicle I wanted before I walked in the door. But to find a "knowledgeable" sale associate that could actually explain all the high tech gadgetry in todays vehicles and make you feel comfortable was quite a surprise. We purchased a 2021 Toyota Highlander Limited in April of 2021. We absolutely love this car! The convenience features and comfort are the best we have experienced, and the interior design and quality is the best in the class. The upgraded 12.3" screen is worth the extra money, as the text is clear and precise, and the surround view monitor is incredibly useful for parking in tight spaces. We have friends with a comparable Explorer Limited, and the interior quality is far below that of our Highlander, and the ride quality with the 4-cylinder is jerky and noisy. However, even though we have had no mechanical issues, we have had issues with wind noise and a leaking AC unit into the car, both of which were fixed by the dealer for free due to warranty. Other than those minor hiccups, we love our Highlander!

I like the Highlander XLE but every time I’m on the highway driving I can hear the wind on the driver side. Toyota has not been able to fix it or figure out how to fix it. And while waiting at the light sometimes it feels like the highlander just stopped running and when push the gas paddle it sounds like you just started the engine. I’m a little disappointed. Hate there’s no CD player. Even Lexus has a CD player.

Wide selection and no haggle are a plus over other dealerships. I like being able to see how many different makes and models. CarMax is the only place I will shop

So far I love the vehicle! It is a luxury, quiet, smooth driving experience. A huge reason for choosing the Highlander was because of the Toyota reputation for quality, safety and reliability.

I traded in my 2016 RAV4 Limited for the Highlander XLE. Primarily for the ride. We had to give up some features such as seat positioning and closeness sensors available on the Rav4. The 2019 Highlander has a V6 that is well reported on and gives us the performance we need. Our ride has definitely improved on the Highlander.

Would go there for all my purchase 😁 great service and friendly made be feel right at home as I flew in from Oregon and picked up a truck it was all ready to go and was very Happy

Overall very good and reliable vehicle for the money. Not the most comfortable, stylish, or best on fuel but for the price i dont think you can find better

Purchased 2021 Limited in August and have been very pleased with the safety features, especially the front and rear sensors. I hear 2022 trim levels XLE and higher have the passenger power height adjustment, finally! This the biggest issue I have with my Highlander. I also think the front seats could be a little longer to support legs better! They used to have this in the 2nd generation. Otherwise I like my vehicle a lot. 7,800 miles so far!

I got my 21 Highlander last year... It was my Birthday gift from my husband...I had always wanted one... He said let's go look at the new cars... When I saw it... I bought a brand new Toyota Highlander platinum hybrid, 2022. I’ve owned Mercedes and a whole bunch of other cars but the noise from this literally hurts my ears. Really sucks because I wanted to keep this car forever but now I wanna get rid of it because the low bassy vibration is absolutely terrible. I have seen some people talking about a foot to radiator seal, hoping that might help. I want to fix this but its some serious xxxxxxxx. I like bass but this suckd toyota… 😢

I just purchased (08-2022) a Lexus SC430 with 30,000 miles on it and bought it site unseen. I know that is something you should not do but after reading the Carfax which outlined the care the car has had I felt reasonably confident. I did trust what the sales person re-laid to me about the car. To my surprise the car was better than what I was expecting. It arrived highly detailed and after a 100 mile drive found it to be as presented, if not better than what Joelson Maldonado the salesman presented to me. Excellent follow up to all my inquires. I lived 400 miles away but would buy a car from this dealership again even though they are tough negotiators. But the car was priced fairly compared to others I found on the internet.

I got a used Highlander from IDEAL half an year ago, it fits its description as a family utility vehicle. Especially when starting and driving at low speed, the electric drive is very fast, no sound, has a big difference from the traditional gasoline car. When the speed is over more than 80, it has a big noise, rapid acceleration of the engine vomit roar, mixed common disease, comfort level is general. Driving downtown really saves fuel. Especially the traffic jams, not to mention the highway, which is better for downtown. It would be nice if most pure urban transportation had a need for space. If there is a plug-in hybrid version worth recommending.
