I really liked the buying experience at Davis Moore Chevrolet. The showroom is spotless, and everyone is friendly. I went online to build my vehicle so I knew which options I wanted and which I didn’t. They found the exact model and brought it to Wichita for my wife to test drive. Wally Awadallah was our sales rep (again this visit) and could not have been more helpful! I am a repeat customer because I like the people and the environment. It’s professional and not a ‘circus’ environment like some of the competition.
I have purchased a total of 5 new Mazda's from Davis-Moore Mazda and have not had one ounce of regret with any purchase or repair. The sales and repair teams work with you and the pressure is minimal if any. As long as it stays owned by the Davis-Moore Group, I will stay a customer.
My recent visit to Walser Lexus was an amazing experience - when one brings in a car with damage it is not a happy time. I left with a perfectly repaired car - that was a happy time - made possible but Tangela - my go to girl - and a very nice gentleman named John. Congratulation Lexus for having such fine people represent you. My car was also shining like new.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
My son was in an immediate need of a reliable, used car with low mileage to take back to college as his car quit on him. We found one he like on online and went to drive it, Jeff answered our questions and had the car and paperwork ready for him to pick up that afternoon, a few days later some trim piece that were missing were sent to him.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.
I am proud to say that i can update a prior review of an oil leak on a remanufactured engine that the service department installed. After a conversation with General Manager and his review of my oil leak it has been repaired. I wish that i had not had to go as high up the ladder as i did, but the outcome was good.
I bought my first car, with my dad, from them 20 years ago when I was in high school. My drive to work car, finally died, so I needed another one. I was lucky and found exactly the truck I wanted back at this lot. The owner and son were as helpful and pleasant to talk to, just as I remember them 20 years ago. I'm not kidding. They are great! My next car, I will try this lot first, before anyone else. There's no hassle. There's no pressure. There's no crappy feeling you get when you leave another lot. It's just a father and son selling some cars at honest prices, at least that's my opinion. Thank you.
Went out to look at a vehicle. It was already sold. Kyle asked me what I needed and was looking for. Showed me several possiblities that didn't quite fit. The next day he texted/called and said. I have the car your looking for and he was spot on. Thanks for the extra effort and attention to the staff.
Had service completed on my Corolla and was completely satisfied with customer service and the service completed on my car. I really liked the video of the service on my car. People were genuinely nice and curteous.
I have bought five cars from Hanks motors in the past 20 years. Great place to buy good low price car for your teenagers. Darwin and Adam Will tell what is wrong with the car if they know of anything. Very trustworthy people
