Traveling from Louisville KY to Indy where I originally bought the car I had hoped they would fill my almost empty gas tank. I had some repairs that I had to pay for and hoped they would add gas to bill. I am no longer familiar with Indianapolis And was so worried I would run out of gas aNd be stranded alone in that area trying to find the nearest gas station. The nearest one was about 2.6 miles away and I was given directions by the service department and had asked if they could fill it up but I still wish they would’ve accommodated that small request.
Neal and Jeremy provided excellent customer service. They are both top notch service providers and should be the faces of your establishment. They are the best at what they do. I believe they truly care about the customer and the service they provide. I am grateful for their commitment and dedication to the customer. They listen and go above and beyond what is required to ensure customer satisfaction. They have gained my trust as a result of their honesty and customer commitment and will always get my business.
