I was in need of a new car . The one i had was bought in 2005 but the year of the car is 2001. I wanted something a bit newer and affordable. I didn't catch the guy's name since my dad was the one who dealt with him first. No pressure at all. He was very helpful. I test drove the car and loved how it drove along with it's a big upgrade to what i had. So decided to buy it. I bought a 2012 Infiniti G25x, leather seats, AWD. front seat heaters, sun roof, backup camera, defrost on the side mirrors and it's a V6. I love it. I highly recommend buying a car here.

If I could rate my experience with 100 stars I would! This dealership does not pay on commission which made the whole experience less stressful and they have a great inventory along with a great staff. My husband and I went to this dealership because they had all the vehicles I was interested in test driving. When we arrived we were greeted by Vanessa. Let me tell you how lucky we were to have her. She is so caring, enthusiastic, took pride in her work and was never pushy. Once we narrowed it down to purchasing a 2021 Ford bronco she was very thorough in explaining everthing as we went through the paperwork and options. I feel like I gained a friend after working with Vanessa. Even after I bought the bronco she continued to text me to make sure everything was alright and even mailed us a thank you card, which I greatly appreciated. Then during our purchase, we were blessed with Tyler who jumped in to help. He knew everything about broncos and sat with us for over an hour pointing out the different features and answering my 5 million questions. He also assisted us in getting the ford pass app set up on our phone. I have had the XLE with some upgrade options as a company fleet vehicle. I have driven it about 12,000 miles in six months from 36k to 48k miles, now. I use it as a work vehicle for sales calls and some personal use. Here’s my plusses and minuses. Plusses: 1. Acceleration is strong and quick. Great for merges and when you need to pass. Amazing for a car this big. 2. While I have not calculated mileage, it is amazing and definitely as good or better than the rating. 3. Space and layout is good. I generally use it with all the rear seats down, though. Only a little family use and it was okay. 4. Reliability. Not a single problem and I think the first rep abused the car and took poor care of it. Minuses: 1. Engine is loud when gas kicks in. Would be unacceptably loud in a luxury car. 2. Comfort is mediocre. Large flat hard seats. Might be better if you are bigger. 3. Tech. Small screen, annoying beeps, lane keep adjusts too hard and would not kick in on a cold snowy day. Maybe the sensor was frozen but should not have. Apple CarPlay is what you want to use. Adaptive cruise tends to keep pushing you back to increase distances. Some cars you can set it, not sure on this. It’s annoying when you’re trying to maintain distance in a fast lane and it’s pushing you back. Also, on curvy roads, almost any curve it auto-brakes gently. You have to turn it off on mountain roads or you’ll make everyone sick. Overall, it is a great car on performance and average or mediocre on everything else. I would recommend the car as a reliable family hauler or work car as I use it. I have a Hyundai Palisade Limited (gas) and if you didn’t want a hybrid I’d totally go Hyundai as it’s way nicer on comfort and Hyundai tech is far better. To be fair, my Palisade is a higher trim but I don’t think the Toyota is that much better on higher trims and tech won’t improve.

First off, I have to say that I dislike car shopping. For one the salesmen can be a bit much but when I walked into Foundation Kia, Ryan Vanskiver was the salesmen that greeted me. I came in knowing what I wanted and we agreed to a deal. I feel Ryan gave for me a fair deal and I would recommend Ryan to any one of my friends and family with confidence. My wife had a smaller all wheel drive car from another company that drove me nuts trying to do the driving for me. It was a total hassle to turn it off every time you restarted the vehicle and I complained every time I drove it. Now with the highlander every time I drive it I comment how much I like it. Even considering a second one for my company car. By the way this is our first hybrid vehicle.

I’m very pleased with my Highlander Hybrid. My driving skills have improved due to all the technology that “speaks” to me as I drive. I feel safe on the road that contains so many large trucks. I get between 34-35 mpg. Not only have I easily packed my Mom’s wheelchair and other medical equipment, plus family luggage, there’s been plenty of room for a small circular oak table & 4 chairs!! The Highlander is , by far, the best car I’ve owned!

I reside in Arizona and bought a used 2016 M4 out of state from this dealership in Colorado and Chad Folkerts-whom I strongly recommend-,my sales rep, did an incredible job coordinating the entire process. I flew out for a test drive and walk around of the vehicle prior to signing and Chad was personable, professional, and had great communication both on the phone and in-person. I even made him jump hoops by having it pre inspected at the local BMW dealership. Also helped arrange getting the car shipped down here. I also had a great experience with Roman, their finance manager. He made signing quick and painless. I applaud the level of customer service at this dealership!

The trim package is XLE. This car replaced another XLE Hybrid model which did not have AWD. We mainly drive between Nebraska and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. The AWD on this vehicle is great and kicks in without you even noticing it. The fuel mileage in the beginning was not great (29-32) due to trips made in the winter. Have not made a trip lately, but our current mileage is 42 with mostly hybrid type city driving (slow acceleration and coasting stops). There is an engine noise when accelerating which we did not have in our other hybrid, but our other vehicle is a truck, so it does not bother us. However, the generated noise while in reverse on only the electric engine is loud & annoying. One complaint is that the XLE trim is not standardized across Toyota models or within a model.

Purchased online w cars.com and had car transported. Received a great deal from Precision Toyota of Tucson. Replaced a '04 Sienna w 135K miles, so glad to keep with the Toyota record of reliability. I have been pleasantly surprised with exterior & interior styling, The biggest grip is the location of the USB port. Would have liked it more accessible. Remind you I was driving the Sienna for 12+ years, yet handling is much responsive with the Highlander. Went with the hybrid....and glad I did. I really enjoy this car.

We wanted a vehicle that would be able to comfortably carry 6 passengers, but also didn't want a minivan. The highlander had the most amount of legroom. Also we are getting 32mpg with the hybrid model. We'll worth the fuel savings. Very smooth ride.

Went in for a recall on my 2018 Kia Soul and they fixed a loose cowling under the right front that has come undone. No charge! Highly recommend their excellent service

I like this vehicle, but I'm just not sure about the Hybrid version. I don't really see that it saves me any money on gas and at only 12,000 miles, the Hybrid battery failed. It took over a week to find a new battery in South Florida where I purchased the car. That battery is $500 not installed. Luckily it was under warranty. I've already replaced the tires at 23,000 because after we moved to Colorado we needed better tires that the OEM ones that came with the car. Every now and again I get a warning when I try and start the car that says, The Hybrid System has stopped working. Please turn the car off and try restarting it. When that happens and it won't restart, good luck!!! Time to call AAA. I also wish this car had or could upgrade to Apply Play. First recall is getting fixed tomorrow for a low pressure fuel pump located in the gas tank. It was a long time before they could find the part to repair the car.

Bought my vehicle from Golden, CO Carmax and didn't have any support for mechanical issues. Still purchased the vehicle because it is what I wanted. Ashley from sales in Golden was the worst! I ended up closing the deal with Cora who was amazing and clearly the exception to the rule in Golden. When I told Ashley there were issues with the brakes she was rude and didn't take me seriously. I ended up working with the Federal Heights dealership on repairs. Debbie in the service department took this on and was soooo amazing! She took care of everything and I am so greatful! The technican at this location was amazing as well (I forget his name unfortunately)! It is really a shame that I had to go to another location to get service, but I am so glad that I did. Outstanding job Federal Heights location!

After a horrid experience at Greeley Subaru that has us audibly growling at every Subaru we see, we ended up at CarMax Loveland. We both worked with Ray, who is so sweet, chill, and fun to work with. We got my husband set up with a beautiful Kia Soul for the price we wanted. Ray put in for a transfer for the vehicle I wanted and sent my trade in to get appraised. CarMax gave me over $3k more for my car than Greeley Subaru was going to! Ray put up with my impatience over the next few days while my Jeep Renegade was brought up to Loveland (it takes a couple days so they can throughly inspect the vehicles). Ray answered all of my questions timely and professionally. I am telling everyone to go see Ray at CarMax. The business center people were all fun and pleasant to work with and seemed to enjoy working there. This was hands down the easiest, least stressful car buying experience we have ever had.

We knew we would purchase another Highlander hybrid after owning our first one. The new 2021 Highlander does not disappoint! It has all the latest features and is an overall great vehicle.

Bought a 2006 BMW convertible from Rnb the Summer. The experience was great. The car was in demand, and out on a test drive when we want to see it. Radik communicated really well as we coordinated for me To see the vehicle, and worked with me on getting a vehicle checked out by my repair man. Ive bought a dozen cars, and this was one of my best experiences ever. Good car, great service. Overall a great experience.

Bought my 07 Highlander brand new. 13 years ago. 2wd. Been extremely reliable. 70k miles. I didn't give miner 5 stars only because compared to 2021 vehicles it is dated. On hi way I get 25 -26 mpg. Local driving I've gotten 30 mpg a few times. I change oil every 4k. Trans fluid every 50k. Only repairs. Battery at 5 years. 2 sets tires. Original everything else. I have base model. Cons - window switches. And garage door switches not lit. Can't see at nite. After 13 years I'm getting a littles bored with it. Would like something bigger. I'm 5'10". 220lbs.

All of the staff we dealt with in person and on the phone were helpful and friendly. The responses to our phone queries were answered quickly and efficiently. I was able to arrange a time to test-drive our vehicle were done quickly and on our own schedule. This dealer was able to per-certify our vehicle which allows us to access the remainder of our full new vehicle warranty and transfer the service agreement from the previous owner. The car was delivered clean and fully charged which was great as we were from out of town and had a 100 mile return trip to home. The whole purchase was handled start to finish in just a few hours, which was one of the quickest sales closings I hav experienced in many cars purchased over the years. I purchased the hybrid Toyota Highlander XLE. This is our second highlander. The product is rock solid, reliable, comfortable, and gets 35 mpg in the city and on the highway. Love it.

With a sunroof, nav, 28mpg city, third-row seats, roof-rack, and AWD... what more could I ask for? (Except maybe some better styling, back-up sensors, and more comfortable seats.) It's a surprisingly quick car for such a heavy one.
