Initially when I responded to the dealership on three separate occasions (driving 60 miles for each trip), I walked away with dissatisfaction each time. However, My Client Advisor Mr. Frank M. subsequently came through as promised. He promised to hit a home run and did so after I informed him that he needed to work harder to assist me as a prospective buyer on a strict budget. Fortunately, to make a long story short, Mr. Frank fought for me and the GM accepted my offer and a deal was made. WOW, I wish this could have been done on the first day rather than the fourth day when I showed up to the dealership. This is why I gave a four star rating. Upgrading from a 5th gen 4runner and I couldn't have a better SUV. Plenty of hybrid power, very smooth transmission, great acceleration and super comfort features and excellent interiors. Premium package is well worth it, especially 360 camera, safety features, and ventilated leather seats. 5000 miles in two months and no regret at all. Toyota nailed it. If you are looking into an upgrade from a 4Runner and any similar midsize SUV, do not hesitate!

Great experience buying my first car at Longo Toyota in El Monte. Was helped out by Simon and Brandon they are the best ! they explain everything to you and are not shady like other places. I Will no longer go to small used car dealerships that have only been bad experiences for me, and they overcharge. Purchased my Land Cruiser with 100,000 miles on it. I called the previous owner to ask him some questions and he told me if I ever wanted to sell it, let him know because he wished he hadn't traded it in. What a beauty. Dark maroon burgundy. Best paint job I had ever had on a truck/car. I loved the whole experience. I sold it because I moved where I needed a little bit more economical vehicle. It was a little thirsty, but then it was a very heavy truck. Capable of going half a million miles with that engine. Many have I understand.

This is a great car. Sturdy, reliable, safe. Plenty of room. The only 2 things I would change would be to add Apple Play and better gas mileage. It does burn unleaded gasoline however. This car is great. If you love it it will love you back. My last LC is 20 years old and my son is driving it.
