I wanted to wait a few months before writing a review because I had never been to Bill before, and it’s a used car place, you never know! First of all, the buying process was absolutely fantastic! Bill was so kind and easy going. We went through some issues with our bank and he kindly kept the car for us while we waited. Once approved, we went up there to get the vehicle on, get this, Thanksgiving!! That’s right, Bill took time out of his holiday to make sure we had the keys in hand. My technician Taylor also went above and beyond to fix something that has been broken on my car for years, without being asked. I actually cried. Thank you both for taking such great care of me and my car. With service like that, I won’t be going anywhere else, and strongly recommend them to anyone.

This car was used to haul deed for my farm, drive every day close to 200 miles, and excellent in the snow in upstate New York. The only reason I had to take it off the road, what is the rust that caused damage which at 252,000 miles is not worth fixing. The car still runs but won’t pass inspection. I’m sad I had to get another car.This car could easily make it past 300,000!

The transaction was smooth with no attempts to upsell her. They even educated her on the paperwork and process as they went along. Not just shuffled it around in front of her. They even explained the process with the BMV of getting her plates and showed her exactly what paperwork she needed to take with her. IT WAS A LONG TRIP DUE TO TRAFFIC CONDITIONS, UPON ARRIVAL i FOUND NOBODY THERE, AFTER ABOUT 15 MINUTES WE MET A VERY BUSY WOMAN WHO GAVE US THE KEY FOR THE CROSSFIRE WE WANTED TO LOOK AT. WE STARTED IT UP BUT COULD NOT DRIVE IT BECAUSE THE SEAT COULD NOT BE MOVED, THE BUTTON TO MOVE IT FORWARD WAS BROKEN, SO WE COULDN'T TAKE IT FOR A DRIVE, SEVERAL THINGS WERE NOT WORKING. SO WE SPOKE ABOUT IT TO THE WOMAN WHO WAS VERY NICE. WE LOOKED AT SOME OTHER CARS ON THE LOT, BUT THE XFIRE WAS WHAT i WAS AFTER. wE TALKED ABOUT PRICE AND WERE NOT EXCITED ABOUT THE CAR.

Ricky was super helpful through the whole process. When I asked for the Carfax he got it instantly. I really appreciated that I was given some space to examine the cars by myself. But if I ever had questions Ricky was always quick to help out. From start to finish, this was the best experience I ever had at a dealership.
