The service is always quick and spot on. The internet is fast enough, and there's also an overnight dropoff if its needed.
The sales team is competent, fast and can make amazing things happen.
This dealership changed my life. I walked in with an extremely difficult situation, it took almost two months to resolve. Each individual I spoked too and worked with took the time to understand what was going on and with everyone involved at the dealership the final resolution was an unbelievable outcome. Adam Esquivel at Toyota was very helpful and friendly as he explained to me in detail about the next scheduled dates for maintenance check and oil change. He directed me to wait at the customer lounge that had a friendly atmosphere. Adam took the time to answer additional questions about my truck after the maintenance check. Adam is committed in helping customers to the best of his ability.
Seemed to me the alignment was on sale recently. So I mentioned that and there was no quibbling. The guy adjusted the price down to that level immediately. He was trying to please me, and he succeeded. They also made sure I did not miss the shuttle. Plus brought to my attention the oil change due in a couple hundred miles which saved me a trip to Service in the immediate future by doing it now. I felt well taken care of.
First off, I drove all the way here from San Francisco because I was lucky enough to initially be connected to Salesman Nick when I called one afternoon to check on the availability of a 2018 Kia Soul. He told me what he knew about the availability and told me he would call me back after checking on the specific vehicles options. Having had flaky car salesmen experiences in the past, I expected to not hear back. I was wrong! About 10 minutes later Nick called me back and provided me with all the information. He asked if I wanted to come in and I told him I would be in the next morning. He happily adjusted his schedule to meet me the next day. It was a complete pleasure working with Nick. He was happy to review all the bells and whistles of the car and it was clear he loved being able to sell Kia cars. On top of that, he was funny!
When it came to the price negotiations, I could have not wished for a better experience. Shout out to the Sales Manager Mark who was friendly, straight forward and fair.
The final chapter of the experience was the Finance Manager Servan who was really nice, low pressure finance guy. I am used to finance managers being pushy and trying to push all the "extras". Servan did not push at all! He reviewed the options, explained his opinions about the "extras" and did not push me with any guilt or fears (experienced all that at other dealerships).
I walked out with a brand new Kia Soul at a price that was fair and customer service that was exceptional. If you are in the market for a new car I highly suggest checking out Kia's and the friendly, fun service at Stevens Creek Kia.
Alberto Farias was wonderful and made sure that I could get my immobilizer keys reprogrammed by 5:30 pm yesterday after my car was towed from an SJC long term parking lot in the late afternoon. I can't thank him and the technicians enough for getting that done in such a quick fashion. The car wash afterward was a wonderful touch, too!
I had decided that I wanted to purchase the new model CHR, and Kalani Hernandez was the best salesaman I've ever encountered. He provided both amazing customer service as well as detailed knowledge of all things Toyota. Without being even a bit pushy, and early on, with his help, he convinced both my mom and myself that we would very happy with the Limited Edition 2019 CHR. I inquired about a CPO Miata online, and Andy Nguyen responded promptly with all the requested info. Throughout the process from test drive to answering my questions, Andy was patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. It certainly made my first Mazda experience amazing!
