I brought my 07 Prius in for service in early November. Knowing I needed tires again (3rd set), I asked for recommendations which would have been better in snow than the current tires, or the original set, both of which were traction-deficient. Jason recommended either a Michelin or a General Tire Altimax, and that I could/should get other ideas online like at tirerack.com or elsewhere. I've gone with the Altimax, and am quite please with the ride, noise-level, and traction so far (on wet roads, dry, and an inch of snow). Also, I was expecting some additional expense for incidentals since the car has 105K and is 11 years old. It did need some additional work. I've always trusted Luther Toyota to treat me right. And they have done so again. Thank you John D.
We bought a used car for my son. We had a few issues with getting the car but Morries's Nissan handled it well! They bent over backwards with helping us out..our salesman Jason even came in on his day off and the service manager Jermery was awesome also. We are very pleased and happy with Morries!!

Although we bought a different brand car we really like the atmosphere and the friendly people .
My Girlfriend and I went in to buy a Prius V. We had already identified the ones available and Willie came out and greeted us. He was polite and knowledgable. He ran in to grab the keys and we ended up buy-in the car. The only downside is we worked the deal with weather tech mats. The front and middle came in the following day, although we were not notified. The cargo area has not arrived yet and it has been 6 business days. I am curious on why the largest floor manufacturers would struggle with the 3rd most popular car in the world. The cargo area carpet is unprotected and is tan, in MN in the middle of winter, that is a long time to wait for a very popular product.
I have appointment for service. Stood and waited for over 5 minutes for someone to approach or help me but nobody came. Two staff was there by the computer. I tried to talked to one n i have to say excuse me twice before he even answer and look at me. He said that someone will come and talk to me when someone is available. A few minutes later same person I talked to approach me and asked what he can do for me. Didn't even say hi. After my service is done he said your air filter is dirty n hand me my keys n left. Didn't even tell me where my car is n i have to look for it. Very bad customer service. Unbelievable.
