After an accident left us with one broke down truck and a totaled Highlander. Tony helped us get a used Highlander and an used Tundra. Very happy with both vehicles and made a difficult time easier for our family. Tony was great to work with and will look to him for help in the future.

When we lost our 2006 Prius to a deer, our first call was to Jamie to help us find a replacement. We had an excellent experience with him in 2016 with our Highlander and knew we could trust him to understand our needs and limitations and find the best fit. Jamie found a used Prius that was just arriving at the dealer; we test drove it and bought it (while others were waiting to test drive it). It was a great buy and a seamless process for us with Jamie's leadership. Thanks!
After checking three other dealers and getting the price down, Marc beat their price and found the car i wanted. I really wanted to use Andrew for the car since I have been a customer there since 1986, When it was Towne and then Schlesinger Toyota. My first Camry (1986) made it to 225K and my current Camry (2005) is at that now so I decided to get a new car just in case. Andrew's service has kept both cars well maintained. My two year dalliance with an Accord was not pleasurable. Marc kept me as a happy customer.
The whole staff was pleasant and kind. They made my purchase easy and they were very helpful. Even after my trade in, I forgot some things in my truck and they help me retrieve my things. I'm very happy with my experience.
The professionalism, integrity and friendliness of Frank, Len and Brett can't be beat. Everything they do is in the customer's best interest. In the morning the shuttle employee David displayed excellent customer service skills. In the afternoon the shuttle service was untimely and lacked communication from driver. The service on my vehicle was excellent
