The standard, Dan Ingrassia the Product Specialist was GREAT, knew his products and presentation was text book. Carlos was the Middle Man, running between upper Mgmnt and Me. His delivery of the figures were also text book. Accepted payments with no money down, 72 months new 2018 Rav4 and New 2019 Corolla. Chris and Nate, the Upper Mgmnt that makes the calls and deals with the Banks were spot on. I'm going misspell this one, but (Christiana) in finance, lovely and very Professional young lady was text book and provided what was given to her through the chain and then the part of signing the Bible on 2 cars began. It was during the "Bible Stage" that something wasn't right. Somewhere between our deal at the desk with Carlos and the Finance Office, the terms on the RAV4 got bumped back from 72 months to 75 months, which totalled just under $1800.00 for the 3 months (ie..the down payment they wanted us to do). But in the end, all is good. Bought 5 cars from Toyota North Charlotte before these 2, and we will go back...
We had in mind a date that would work for us to replace our 2006 Prius that had 213k miles on it. I kept tabs on all the local area dealers for a red 2018. As the choices narrowed, I got in contact with Cody Pavish by email. He answered my questions and in late November set up an appointment with us to test drive and purchase. Craig Schaak led the negotiation and on November 30th we drove home in our new model. The whole team was pleasant to work with, they gave us full explanation of warranties, accessories, safety features....I will recommend Bommarito when I can and also hope to add a Tacoma to the family sometime in the future. The dealership is clean, bright and friendly, the shops are clean and we actually had fun there.
I originally came in to ask about the new 2019 RAV4, for which little information had been disseminated to the dealers by that time. The only thing of which they were certain was the late December release date. Warren took the opportunity to tell me about the deals going on for the 2018 RAV4. I am no fan of the exterior styling of this generation, but Warren found me one that not only was colored to minimize the aspects of the body that bother me, but also include the things I was seeking in a new vehicle (AWD, better gas mileage, upgraded safety and technology features, etc.). He was able to answer my questions and had a much-appreciated sincerity. The last thing I wanted was to feel manipulated by a slick-talking salesman and Warren was the perfect salesman to deal with me. Overall, a pleasant buying experience and I am becoming happier with my purchase with each mile.
They ordered the exact Camry we wanted. They are a fantastic Dealership, laid back, friendly and know how to treat Customers. There's no pressure to buy anything you don't want. Andy was our Sales Rep, Antonio took care of the Financial part. He was able to get a great interest rate and the $1,000.00 rebate. That made our payments affordable. We were able to trade. Jason Lyczak and his financial guru made some magic happen for me with a phenomenal price a 2016 Ram that I could not pass up. I have always been a bow tie guy, but when mine got totaled and my credit was totaled by a divorce and medical bills, these guys made it a blessing in disguise. Tony, the salesman was very relaxed and laid back. Felt no pressure to have to purchase vehicle at that time. He spent a lot of time with us going over vehicle to make sure we were comfortable with it. First time ever, in my vehicle buying experience did the OWNER come to thank us for purchasing one of his vehicles!!! Very pleased with whole experience!! Drove home to Indiana with the vehicle and was well worth the drive!!!
As usual, recent, routine service appointment went according to plan with no surprises. Service advisor, Andrew, was courteous and efficient. Waited while service was performed and car was ready sooner than promised.
