Found a sweeeeetttt NIssan 370Z on Cars.com, submitted my RFI and they got back to me very quickly. Had a nice phone conversation (initially) about 10 days ago, sill had a couple of questions. Have emailed waiting for answers, then may buy. The second person I talked with said the price online is firm (I think there is room to negotiate - ESPECIALLY since the car is being sold "as is", which means I could be on the hook for hundreds or dollars, or more, of repairs). But, all in all, it looks like they have reasonably priced, if somewhat higher mileage, used cars.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Nicole took care of me. It was fast and easy really the only thing I had to do was test drive and sign papers once I arrived. We all know getting a car whether new or used can be a very long process. Driver???s Select made it easy to apply online, and not to mention the huge lot selection of cars! I found my car on their website and went from there. I had been searching for a tundra for a month and found one online through car fax late at night. I emailed to see if it was available and received a response immediately. Forkan was my contact and he was extremely helpful. My wife and I had been planning on visiting a closet dealership in the morning but I thought I try the Plano Toyota because the listed price was really good. Let???s just say it was worth the hour drive from Fort Worth because everyone at the Plano dealership, especially Forkan we???re so helpful and made the experience great.
Wasn???t too happy with the manager, but I???m a first time car buyer and was very nervous going in by myself. I was very fortunate to have Gill assist me and didn???t feel like he was trying to take advantage of me. He was very honest about his thoughts on each car I looked at and I???m so thankful for Gill. Not to pleased with the dealerships car options or the fact that I noticed a huge scratch on my car window after purchasing and no one told me anything and it wasn???t in the car history reports either. I was looking at 2 other cars and asked if the Manager would at least fix the scratch but he gave me a hard time even after I told him I switched from Mini of Plano to Toyota because I heard great things about the customer service. Overall Gill was absolutely amazing.
The building is older but very clean. Quick friendly customer service. From the time I saw the car online to the looking, buying, and financing process was only a few hours and I only had to show up to drive and sign paperwork

This is the nicest preowned dealership I have personally ever been to. I had a great experience with Jason. He is very professional, nice, and he definitely knows how to take care of his clients. I see why these guys are rated so high. I bought a Mercedes SUV for my wife’s birthday and I got the best deal on a great vehicle... highly recommend.
Excellent customer service. We purchased a 2008 Audi A6 for my college daughter. Nice ride. The unfortunate thing is when we went to drive it home and put gas in it, it would not start. This is when normally things would go south. But not with this dealer. Eyad said bring it back in and I will fix it. He not only fixed the problem but checked for other issues and fixed those as well. The issue is one that I read is an issue with older Audi cars: gas cam shaft. He replaced that, the battery, and did an oil change which means we will not have to do another oil change for another 10,000 miles. Oh, did I mention how Ahmed, on a Sunday when they were closed, came so that my daughter could see the car before she had to head back to school? They were patient with us through the process of securing the funding with our bank since we saw the car after banking hours. And although I picked up the car when Eyad was not there, he texted me to give me tips on maintenance afterwards. My husband has already decided that our next car will definitely come from them. I had read their reviews and new they were rated high but now I see why! Need a quality used import? Go see Eyad and Ahmed at Speed Motors!!
Daughter???s car needed to be repaired. It was a lemon so Gil gave us to Dayshawnwho was very good to work with. He was very helpful in helping my daughter get a car she liked and could afford with the help of Tony in finances
Kevin Taylor did excellent sales work with us, his efforts to give us the best car buying experience were very appreciated! After the sale, I had a question about something and could not get through to anyone at the dealership on multiple occasions. Kevin's extension didn't work, the sales department didn't answer their extension on no less that six occasions, and the automated voice prompts to reach the operator were met with a never ending looped recording of "that is not a valid extension". I finally got through to someone in Service who routed me to Finance, where Albert was extremely helpful. Your people are great, but your phone system was seriously broken from September 12-21, 2018.
