This morning my husband had a wreck and by this afternoon they had us in a new car. They treated my husband and I like family and took care of every last detail. Each and every employee we dealt with was courteous, professional, and thorough. I wasn't pressured to spend more than my budget, and they got my payments EXACTLY where i needed them. I will always give my business to Dave Edwards Toyota and highly recommend them. The manager of sales Farris had Endy take care of us and it was a pleasure doing with business with them. Endy was kind and patient, so glad he was our salesman!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Jerry was better than awesome. He addressed a potentially major power steering issue quickly and professionally to mitigate the problem. Then we flushed my system twice more in the next two weeks to ensure it was fully solved. And he was so awesome about it. He is a great person who works on cars. He would be great at whatever he did because he is calm, confident and he CARES.
Our experience was great! Everyone at Dave Edwards was welcoming and friendly. They did a thorough job explaining everything. The car we bought was priced great. And had a full tank of gas & detailed when we drove off the lot. We also enjoyed working with Endy. He???s a great guy!
Raphael Tucker was amazing to work with while I was buying my car. From the first time he called to talk to me about the idea of buying a car he was professional, caring, and kind. Then when I was test driving cars and asking a million question he was patient and reassuring. By the end of the experience I had fun working with him and LOVED how Carmax takes care of people. I will forever be a Carmax buyer and I will totally be seeing Raphael Tucker again. Can't wait to tell everyone I know to go see Raphael Tucker.
We bought a 2008 Chevy Equinox today that we had seen on Cars.com. Very Low miles and priced right. When we got there the car was every bit as nice as the pictures depicted the car to be. Actually it was as like new as you can get on a used car. There was absolutely NO pressure and good home town North Carolina folk to work with. We really had a good time there too! While we finished the paperwork the car was but through a final service, tire pressure checked, ect....
Talking with them they seem to be supportive with issues that may come up after purchase within reason.
Although we come to look at one particular car in which we purchased, everything I saw on the lot looked so like new and very appealing.
To sum it up, I would not hesitate to send my friends and relatives to browse their inventory in the future.

Brought my car in for a service campaign update and I was worried about a noise from the transmission and their technician was able to determine where and what is causing it. They corrected the problem and no worries. Thanks Toyota of Greenville!!

I bought a 2016 Malibu from another location. I went to the Chevy dealership in Greer and they were talking over 300$ in repairs that might not even fix the problem. I went to Kevin Whittaker on Laurens Rd and William, a service tech, was awesome. Mind you I had already called my credit company to pick the car up. William was kind polite and professional. He helped me get a loaner car while mine was being looked at. My car got a new engine. William was nice enough to inform me that it had previously had work done on it and what would probably happen. I'm keeping my car. If it hadn't been for William and the awesome service they provided I would have messed up my credit. Thanks guys!!
