Overall very good experience at the Bernardi Framingham service station. Timely shuttle service for drop off and pick up and job well done for servicing my 2002 Toyota Camry which was purchased from here and serviced since then at this place.
Yesterday, November 27th, I had a good experience but in the past for service I had a bad one . It was lunch time and I took the shuttle to a restaurant next to the dealership, while I was waiting to finish the service. I finished my lunch; the restaurant closed; I called so many times the shuttle to pick me up and that shuttle never showed up. It was cold and I had to call Uber. It was a really bad experience that I don???t want anyone to go through it. I never will ask for a ride, I prefer to take Uber. Very bad!!!
I worked with Jeff B, who was very courteous, patient and professional. He answered all my questions and there was no sales pressure at all. He took a great deal of time in order to explain all the features, bells and whistles of the vehicle. It was a relaxed experience and a pleasure to work with him.

After receiving high-pressure, bait and switch tactics, along with ecxcessive unneccessary wait times at another Toyota dealership my elderly father (82 years old) was very very frustrated . He found Wellesley Toyota to be the exact opposite. Wellesley Toyota offered low pressure combined with the most aggressive pricing and friendly sales staff. The icing on the cake was that the ownership and senior level management were approachable and engaged. I would highly recommend using Wellesley Toyota to buy or lease your next vehicle. Our experience with each staff member at Wellesley Toyota was very good. I felt no pressure, was given plenty of time to drive the car that I was thinking of buying.
