My husband and I planned on trading in our leased Toyota truck with the intention of leasing another vehicle. We planned on "looking" around, but after speaking with Glenn, he made our visit comfortable in a manner that we did not feel pressured. Glenn understood that this was not our first time in a car dealership and therefore, we knew what we wanted regarding price, etc. He respected that and addressed our requests in a straightforward and respectful manner. As a result, we leased a car during our first meeting.
Mike was very friendly, pleasant and got me in and out in less than the 1hr 15min. I was told my car would take, when I made the appointment. Love that I am able to get service on a Sunday as well. Very convenient You Rock Mike!!!!
They have a wonderful staff here. I told them what I was looking for and what my monthly price point was and they made it work for me and i got to drive home with a new to me car with a full tank of gas to get home! 10/10 would shop here again!
Have been shopping for a truck for a week. Though I did not ultimately purchase a vehicle at Neat, my experience with Louis made this dealership my top pick among the 7 or 8 that I visited.
I had narrowed my purchase down to two very different options - a higher mileage 4 cylinder at Neat and a lower miles 6 cylinder in a higher price point at another dealership. Louis sat down with me to look at both options, and encouraged me that the other vehicle appeared to be a great deal. He talked through the potential trade-offs without any pressure, and even after it became clear that I was leaning toward the V6 he continued to spend time to help me understand the complications with the Tacoma frame recall which affected both purchases. He also gave me a number of references for folks who could help out with my purchase of the other vehicle, for modifications I was interested in making.
Louis is knowledgable, generous and clearly puts his customer first. Neat will be my first stop for my next purchase.
Acton Toyota stands out as easily the most pleasant car buying experience my wife and I have had. Steve Kiviat was extremely pleasant to work with, answered all of our questions about the car, and was completely transparent throughout the entire experience. He was recommended to us, and he did not disappoint. I will definitely recommend Acton Toyota and Steve to any friends or family interested in a buying or leasing a Toyota.

There's zero pressure, tons of beautiful vehicles, and just an all around great place. Will definitely be buying from here in the future. They're willing to work with you if you don't have the best credit, and most importantly, they're just honest and transparent. Two very important things when spending tens of thousands of dollars.

I just bought a Avalon Hybrid car from Acton Toyota and Mr. Ken White was a great person to work with during the entire process. From the initial exploratory phone call, meeting him in person, test-driving the car, sitting down with him to go over different options, to the delivery of the car, Ken was extremely thoughtful, proactive, transparent, and fair. The whole purchasing experience was pleasant and efficient. It is highly likely that I will do business with him again when we replace our Lexus SUV in coming years. Little did we know we would be in need a of another car, my husband's this time 5 months from getting myself one. Jeff and his boss Dave have been super helpful and I must admit convincing. The offer made on a new leased Highlander was spot on and the chosen vehicle and color was coming to the dealership the same week. I find the admin side of the selling process surprisingly contrasted: a high tech desk wide touch screen to facilitate the contract process, then a bunch of 20th century carbon copy forms screeched out by a pin drive printer. Too long, and so 1.0! Fortunately Mark knows what he's doing and made it through as efficiently as possible. Thanks to the sales team.
Mehdi Benmoussa has deep product??? knowlege and excellent selling skills! Mehdi was very professional, nice and knows how to sell the assigned products. He listens carfully to what you need, gives you advices and doesn???t do push sales like other salespersons ! He knows everything about each car even teh small details!! I had the best customer service experience at this dealership (Toyota of Watertown). Other employees are also very friendly and professionals. Would recommend this location and Mehdi Benmoussa as a salesman. You will be very pleased with his offers !!
I would like to thank Jack and Wellington for all the assistance with the purchase of my 2016 Toyota Sequoia. I live in RI and my brother has been a customer of Acton Toyota for a long time. I was shopping for a used Toyota due to a hit and run accident that totaled my 2013 4-Runner. My husband and I decided to look at a Sequoia to allow us more room as well as towing capacity. We drove to the dealership on a rainy Tuesday evening and after an hour and 45 minute drive, we arrived at 7:50 (closing time is 8pm). We were not made to feel rushed and were able to check out the 2016 Sequoia and put a deposit down on the vehicle. My brother went in the next day to drive it and thought it was a fantastic vehicle. He has previously owned a Sequoia and was able to attest to the quality and reliability of the vehicle. The vehicle was delivered to us in RI at the Cranston DMV and the overall experience made the loss of my prior Toyota a little less painful. Thank you to Jack and Wellington.
