Nice and friendly staff. The sales rep who helped me, Stephen made sure I was comfortable and happy with my purchase. There was no pressure and he explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. He met and exceeded all my expectations and I truly appreciate his effort to make the experience positive for my family and I. What an awesome dude. Also, I love my new car!

I had a service appoint at 8:30 am for our 2012 Prius. My wife got in the car at 7:45 and it would not start. Called my service writer K.P. We were asked to have it towed in and they would work on it as soon as we got there. Turns out the battery was dead. We have always had great service from Merced Toyota. Especially from K.P. and Rob (Service Manager). I have dealt with Toyota Service Departments since 2003 and Merced Toyota since 2006. They are the very best.
