The service is great! The online tool to schedule does not update the service records at Concord Toyota. Recommend that it not be used and call the service there. I have used it twice and been told I didn't have an appointment. Luckily they were able to still do the service.
Bought a used 2015 Acura TLX at Barocci Motors. Excellent customer service. Vehicles are priced aggressively to minimize any anxiety over buying. Felt like they wanted to make sure I was happy in buying a car. Will definitely use them again when buying.
Vallejo Toyota was great. Not only did the find the exact car I was looking for they gave me a fair price. Nataly Diaz did a great job. Would come back and even tell my friends to come all this way to get a car.
My wife and I had a great experience when we bought a new car at Toyota of Vallejo. I would like to thank our salesman, Dan Terruel, who was there for us for any questions and concerns. Dan is knowledgeable and easy to work with but most of all he went above and beyond to make sure we're happy. All in all we are totally pleased with our purchased . The following week my son went to Dan to buy a new truck.
Found a 2005 RAV4L on Cars.com offered by Toyota Vallejo. First off I was impressed by how many pictures they posted on the site. Even though it was an older vehicle with higher miles, the fact that this Toyota dealership had it for sale on their lot (most dealers would have put this out to auction) really intrigued me. The Carfax report that was provided looked great, save for a strange gap in maintenance early in its life (we would soon find out the answer to this mystery). I sent out a message and was quickly contacted by Nataly Diaz, Internet Sales Manager. She was very pleasant to talk with and so I made plans to make the hour drive from Sacramento to take a look at this SUV in person.
When I arrived Nataly took me out to the RAV4 and my friend and I were immediately struck by how clean this 12 year old car was. It was incredibly well taken care of by the one owner. When I asked about the lack of maintenance from 2005-2007, Nataly explained that it was originally a dealer car and all maintenance work was done there at Toyota Vallejo and thus would not have been entered into the Carfax database. When it was eventually sold in 2007, the new owner was meticulous with oil changes, tire rotations and other necessary vehicle maintenance. The darn thing was clean, clean, clean inside and out and the fact it was icy green in color only made it that much more likeable. Nataly called it a unicorn and boy was it ever! We took it for a test drive and I knew then that this was the SUV for me.
Nataly was terrific during the negotiations. She answered all my questions and took into account my finances. After some back and forth with her manager we arrived at a mutually satisfactory deal and without any heartburn or headache! I really think that it was Nataly that made this transaction happen and I felt like she really went to bat for me on it. She truly made it possible for me to get a car that I am just plain in love with.
This buying experience was such a positive one that when it comes time to purchase new or used in the future, I will consider making the drive to do business with Toyota Vallejo and specifically Nataly Diaz again Thank you for my unicorn!
John Chan was patient, listened and took care of us. He wasn't pushy, didn't try to sell us things we didn't want or need, and allowed us to change our minds midway through. We felt listened too and helped throughout the process - and we love the car. All the financial details, the contact with our bank, insurance and DMV was handled really well. We felt very informed about our purchase. Colt Davis deftly walked us through all the final pieces of the process and was great too. The only thing that could be improved was the detailing before we drove away with the car. The focus was on cleaning the exterior. There was still some dirt, caked on things in a cup holder, etc. on the interior.
What a welcoming dealership! From the moment my daughter & I walked in I felt confortable. No one was pushy, just wanted to help. We spoke with Martin on the phone to let him know we were coming. He listened intently to my situation of ??? I need a car ASAP ??? He said sit back and relax I???ll do all the work soon I was the proud owner of a much needed vehicle! I came to trade in my 2014 Nissan, realizing I needed a better car for towing my vintage trailer and going on trips. Also as a nanny I needed a car that was completely and totally safe for driving around other people???s children. Charlie was great at finding me a wonderful match for both. I highly suggest him, he is definitely not one of those annoying sales people and was really patient while I decided.
I walked into Toyota of Marin with very little idea of how to buy a car. I had certain parameters in mind for what I wanted to spend and what kind of truck I wanted to buy. The sales people were quite helpful and upfront. They worked with me to put together a deal that made sense for me. They even dropped the truck off in San Francisco for me. Great experience.
