We had a great experience purchasing this vehicle for our son. Our salesman wanted us to get the best vehicle value for our budget. We felt going in we might purchase an Explorer but we were given options based on our price point that we were working with. As it turned out we purchased an F 150 pickup. Our son was beyond excited and we felt we came out with a great vehicle for him. We had a great experience. We were in and out in a short period of time too. We had been in the day before and had to leave suddenly. Returning the next day, I mistakenly gave the wrong name when I asked if the gentleman from the previous day could finalize the sale. Thinking he was not on site, another gentleman completed the paperwork.

I was shopping for a new CRV and contacted AutoNation Honda in Valencia CA through their website. In my email I asked for a price on the 2018 CRV EX. I quickly received an email from Gidomer Francia with a price that was very favorable. And that's the reason I drove 25 miles to AutoNation in Valencia, bypassing numerous dealers closer to my home. Gidomer's straightforward answer to my email immediately set AutoNation apart from the other dealers. Because the other dealers, when asked the same question, all wrote back with some variation on the following theme: "We're going to give you a really great deal. Please give us your phone number so we can call to tell you all about the deal." And when I met Gidomer and the others at AutoNation, it was clear to me that they were interested in getting me the car I wanted at a good price, with no hidden fees or add-ons. And, everything they told me they would do, they backed up in writing and delivered on it. I don't think it's possible to have a better car buying experience than the one I had with Gidomer at AutoNation Valencia. And I'm telling all my friends about it.
Last week I bought a used car in this company. When I go home. But company didn't give me to take the car because I no full insurance. This time that dealer go home. I don't know to do.but this time that guy is NeIL Ligam to help me. He is very good guy and very good service.
