So I’m writing this for Bryan my salesman. I have a daughter and I told him I would need a fast and simple transaction. He went above and beyond from finding the prefect vehicle to making sure we stayed cool when moving everything over to my new car. He fully explained everything since it was a big upgrade for me. I’ve had problems with their service department but he has been doing everything on his end to fix the problem. I have told many of my friends that if they need a new car Bryan is the man to see.
Everyone was very helpful throughout the entire process. We were there for 6 hours looking for the right vehicle. We finished the purchase over a hour after closing time. I was surprised by everyone’s great attitude even though we were there so late. By far my best auto purchase experience thru a dealer.
Had another outstanding experience at Napleton Hyundai in Carmel. We had more bad experiences with with 2013 Sonata with Dealership in Tenn. My engine was replaced due to a factory defect when driving on vacation. It blow up on the north side of Nashville, TN. They fixed the car with a new engine and then shipped the car back to me and I drove it for a month. But I hit a pot hole and the motor came lose. The dealership in Tennessee, did not re-attach the motor mount. The engine shifted 4 inch up and 6 inches to the right.
Needless to say, there car was in bad shape and had to be towed to Napelton. I called and talked to Chris Peters, he was immediately able to help me and get me a loaner vehicle and start looking into the needed repairs. His Team found other things that were not right with the Vehicle after having the engine replaced at the Hyundai Dealer in Tenn.
After talking with Chris Peters and finding out everything that was not done right on the new engine replacement with the dealer in Tennessee. I was ready to trade in this vehicle and find something else.
I was able to talk to Chris Modory who sold me my car in 2013. First I went to Hyundai Corporate they did not not want to do anything to help their customer.
I went back to Chris Modory. He was able to get his GM Sean McCain involved and helped understand everything that went wrong with my 2013 Sonata. They were about to help me with trading in the 2013 Sonata and giving me an outstanding deal on a 2015 Sonata Sport Turbo. They understood my frustrations and made a bad situation into another great experience. None of the problems were any fault of the good folks at Napleton. This was all from a Hyundai Dealer in Tennessee that did not fix the car to Hyundai Standards. I really appreciate them working with me and going above and beyond to help me get into a different vehicle to my liking.
This dealership proved a pleasant surprise for me by being willing to provide a complete online OTD offer, including a trade-in offer on my current vehicle, going just on the information I supplied, as well as a fair price on the new vehicle I inquired about. Though I have not acted on their offer, it was reasonable and was supplied with dispatch.
Growing up I always heard about how much of a headache going to car dealerships was and having to deal with the stereotypical greasy car salesman. You know, the one that seems to have their fingers crossed behind their backs while touting that they can give you the best deal? At Naples Mazda that is not the case. I researched every crossover/SUV and shopped around for 2-3 weeks before I made my decision and Naples Mazda made my dreams a reality. Professional, personal and knowledgeable staff are just a few of the great traits that they display. I ended up having to work with 2 salesman due to scheduling but they both made sure I got the best deal on my 2018 Mazda Cx-5 Touring with the preferred package and walked out with a smile on my face. Although I live in Maryland I was enticed to visit Harrisburg???s Faulkner to check a well-priced vehicle. With no hassle and willingness to an additional discount from the dealer I ended up buying the car. Needless to say, it was one of the most easy car purchases my wife and I ever made. No surprises and no pressure. Even though we arrived around the closing time, the staff (Jason, the salesman, and Dallas (?) the finance person with his trainer) made us feel very comfortable during the entire time. A day later, we contacted the dealership regarding an additional issue and found the Faulkner being very responsive.
Had an amazing experience shopping with George Cowley and his team. Had no intention of buying a new vehicle at all or any vehicle right now. George was so knowledgeable and truly cared that we get exactly what we needed. He even changed the order a day later on a plow I ordered to accommodate the heavier workload I'd be taking. The entire team works together in a supportive, no pressure atmosphere. I could not have had a better buying experience. I actually ended up buying two new vehicles because I was 100% positive I would never get better deals or service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!
A bit different than the atypical dealership being in the middle of a large and busy city, but that doesn't stop the customer service from shining through. I'd highly recommend for purchase of a new or used vehicle.
