The service at Springfield Piazza Honda is excellent. Any service performed on my car has always been explained clearly and done well. Any service technician I have dealt with has always treated me in a professional and courteous manner.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

Our experience began with Chelsee in the Internet department who listened to our needs and gave us a price that was very competitive with other offers we received. We then came into the dealership and were greeted by our assigned salesman, Mohammed who provided excellent service and a signed contract exactly in accordance with what we had been offered. Major repairs to brakes, spindles, cracked boots, steering unit plus replacement of filters, oil change and wheel alignment done satisfactorily on 13 year old vehicle. Had to recently return twice to fix thumping in rear brakes. Replacement rear rotor surfaces were grooved and found to be the problem. Finally remedied. The repair facility isn't the least expensive but their service and repairs are reliable. Use them for both my Explorers.
We are extremely happy with the deal we got at Tri County Toyota. Bruce Bransfield was our salesman and he did a fantastic job working with us. He was able to answer all our questions and concerns and we never felt pressured or rushed. We will definitely be returning to Tri County Toyota when it's time for our next vehicle.

Luke & David we soo helpful. They were never pushy and did not waste time trying to sell us on something we did not want. I received an email quote from David, we went to test drive the car and within a short time, we had a new Kia Sedona!! Such a great experience!
Mike Stover was excellent to work with. He explained all maintenance issues prior to completion. Our situation was a long term fix. Mike set us up with a rental car and kept us updated on the progress of the repair. I highly recommend Mike and Team Toyota service department.

Eric - was willing to work around my schedule, and was able to assist me in getting the price for my vehicle to what I was able to afford by working around several options. He even had a few matchbox cars to keep my kids a bit occupied. As well, asssited with my outgoing phone calls for change of services with insurnace/OnStar service due to my deafness.
