In the morning the shuttle employee David displayed excellent customer service skills. In the afternoon the shuttle service was untimely and lacked communication from driver. The service on my vehicle was excellent
AJ did a great job keeping me informed about what my car needed as far as repairing the Entune 3.0 on my new 2018 Toyota Camry. Pat from Sales, that was in your IT dept has been a great help trying to help me as I have had trouble with this system since I purchased my car. I have been in your dealership several times trying to work through this problem. If it would not of been for Pat taking his time to work through my concerns I would be more frustrated than I am.
