Purchase will ultimately be about $200 more than the listed price after I pay VA tax, title and tag fees. Don't know if that has to do with me being a VA buyer purchasing in NC or not. Regardless the vehicle is great and just what I was looking for at the price range I needed. Their office mascot Cooper the Basset Hound will show you around the place. Everyone was super nice and I appreciate that very much. Just waiting on title to come in the mail so I can finalize everything.
The dealership met me 1/2 way between my house and the dealership with the car I was interested in so I didn't even have to go to the dealership. Pam, my salesperson, was awesome to work with. I will definitely return to this dealership when I purchase my next car.
I had a wonderful experience with Cox Toyota. Justin Dunn was incredibly helpful with everything I needed. And trust me I was very needy! I added leather seats and remote start, they also had to locate me a vehicle and bring it in. Brian Kirkman was also very helpful. He helped me understand all the bells and whistles of my car. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Jason Tate who was just finishing up with another customer. He was good and he was thorough. He was also probably juggling 3,4 customer at a time so there were some lulls and waits. Overall decent experience.
I did get the car I wanted but there was little budging on the price. Paid around $700-$1000 above the NADA suggested retail for the vehicle in excellent shape.
Also beware, their doc fee is $599. Around $200-$300 more than some of the other dealers I went to see. And there is no budging on that either. They were adament about that as well.
It appeared they had a very good inventory of vehicles and a wide variety of them too.
Recently we purchased a Ford Expedition at Impex. Nasser was not high pressure and did what was necessary to make sure we were happy. The entire buying process was easy and very pleasant.
