I really don't know where too begin with the young lady Omni on today...she was my friends saleswoman but I had purchased a car over the phone the information that she had given my friend I told her I had been explained any if that she began too be my saleswoman as well..I can really write a book on her today But, just know with a person like Omni you will have customers coming back...Very,Very Friendly ,Excellent customer service, Explained the buying process thorough!! I felt as if I had been knowing her forever!!!! Satisfied Customer I am!!!! Thanks Omni Binion!!!
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.

I had a wonderful visit at chuck Hutton without issues or complications. Great informative salesperson with pleasant personality. The office area was very neat and clean. The office atmosphere was very polite and courteous.
I worked primarily with Kimberly Smith and she was personable and friendly. She was responsive in addressing my questions and getting back to me when I contacted her. I also worked some with the sales manager, James Robinson. Overall, the experience was okay. I love the car that I bought and the dealer did work with me on getting a price that worked with my budget. I would say that the dealer seemed oddly reluctant to sell the car. I almost had to keep bugging them about it to get a final agreement. That seemed odd behavior to me as I was ready to make a deal and bring a check. Other than that, the experience was alright. Communication among staff at the dealer would be a nice improvement as well. I did feel like I was playing mind games with the dealer, but I experienced that everywhere I went. That???s why the car industry has such a bad reputation. Overall, I got a good car and I felt I got a good price for it.
