Almost makes me want to buy a car every day. Our sales guys Felipe and Brian went over and above to get us the best possible deal they could. Working with Brian in the finance area was smooth and professional.
Walked into the dealership the salesman was not pushy he was Very kind with a great sense of humor. Told him what kind of vehicle I was looking for and I had no problem choosing from the selections he showed us. He explained everything we needed to know about the vehicle and took the time to show us how everything worked inside. Ended purchasing a Toyota rav4 and I???m happy with the service we received from everyone at Heart City Toyota.
I normally don't write reviews, but after my experience at Jordan's used car lot I feel compelled to compliment Kara M. and Ryan L. for excellent customer service! Both persons went above and beyond what was expected and should be recognized for this. I know where I will buy my next car in the future! Thanks Tara and Ryan!

Great job to all involved! We were able to drop our car off the night before, and by 7:55 a.m. the next day, I was contacted with the answer to our problem and a corresponding clear solution. Gates was able to complete all necessary work before the end of the same day! This was not the first time we have taken our car to Gates for diagnostics and solutions, nor was it the firs time that the service team at Gates has provided great service. We will be back!
First off, I truly appreciate how easy it is to contact the service center. "Jan" patches me right through and the gentlemen manning the phones seem to view each call as urgent. I wish this all dealerships applied this thoughtful principle. Secondly, I have always been treated as a valued customer by the service crew. They often know me by name. This, although unexpected, always leaves a great impression and tends to make me feel respected. In turn, it's easier to respect and trust the advice given to me regarding vehicle maintenance recommendations. Multiple times the guys have gone out of their way to make it easier on my wallet. They are courteous enough to promptly call and discuss options before assuming the work. They don't push and respect my decison. Finally, they are thorough with the details upon payment and close each interaction with a handshake. Hands down, Gates Toyota is the best dealership I've ever gone to for service. A special thanks to Steven, Brian and the whole crew.
Chris who helped us was knowledgeable and helped us. Andy was terrific and explained things to us. DISAPPOINTED in the fact we were promised Ziebart and told they would call us with an appointment to bring the vehicle in when we purchased the vehicle on the 22nd but have heard nothing yet from Chris. We were also promised car washes but never received the coupons for it. We had a minor problem when we first bought the Escape so it stayed overnight to get a new battery put in it, but we had to call to find out when we could get our vehicle.
Was shopping for a used car and found Jordan Auto on Facebook. All the cars on the lot were very nice. I got an awesome deal. I worked with Ilysa she was very helpful in finding me exactly what I needed, and Socrates the finance guy had all the info I needed and really helped me get all the numbers crunched before I made a final decision. Overall a great experience, would definitely recommend shopping here!

Super easy.. Marcus was very friendly, knowledgeable , helpful. Enjoyed working with him. Once we decided to buy, were handed off to financing.. obviously they have to offer their warranties and extras but no pressure when we denied them. Bought on a Saturday came back on Tuesday to get an extra key, and floor mats that they hadn???t put back in the car yet from cleaning.. also a tire had a slow leak and they fixed that as well.. quick and easy. Thank you
