We worked with Shane on the buying and trade in process, and he was extremely helpful. He set us up with a great deal and wasn't at all pushy. He was straight forward with us on the car we wanted to purchase by telling us they just got it in and it needed a couple things done to it . So we purchased the car and then hooked us up with a loaner car while their garage took great care of our new car.
have a 2013 Kia Forte used for business and have over 100G on the car. Although car not purchased at Williams the service department has been great! Totally upfront about what needs to be done and cost .. at 100G service they gave me a loaner at no charge. Based on the experience we have had we bought a new car from Williams. After searching the internet for used vehicles in our required condition and price range, I found one right here in Ithaca that led me to a deal with Tom Pritchard. After discussing our situation, I told Tom I was looking for a win/win deal. After a short congenial negotiation, we came to a deal that worked for both of us. When Tom was attaching the new plates, I discovered a crack in the windshield that wasn't there on my previous visit, apparently due to a chip that cracked from the cold weather. We postponed the delivery until after the weekend and he had Choice Auto Glass there early Monday to have it quickly replaced without question. He wanted the vehicle right before it left the dealership.
