I worked with Art and he was very helpful. I used the online appointment maker but didn’t get a confirmation email, so I called and he got me my original appointment time. I arrived early and they immediately could take my car. Fairly quick wait time in the lounge- comfy chairs and a tv and coffee! What I also really liked is that there wasn’t a ‘hard-sell’ of things my car needed. Options were given but I felt zero pressure. Painless process- I’ll definitely be back.

The overall team and experience was good, don't get my wrong, yet I was surprised not to see our vehicle simply washed after a $1700 repair!
We take our other Toyota to another local dealership for a simple 5,000 mile $57 yes $57 service and it's always washed. My advise. Make your customer happy by washing the vehicle. This final 'touch' of appreciation goes a long ways.
