Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
Purchased this 2015 vw over the the internet/phone. Traveled 1,700 miles to pick up. The car was just as Steve described and at a fair price. Flew in late on a Sunday and Terry and the staff stayed late to deliver the car. The followup paper work and missing owners manual were quickly replaced and mailed to me by Kerry, to Washington State.
Overall excellent service and would do it all over again.
Really great experience, there was no pressure at anytime to buy or try to get met to buy a different veichel. The salesman answered all my questions. The finance person was really nice explaining all the different options available and at no time was he pushy for me to buy them. I would absolutly recommend to friends and family.
Was looking for a used SUV. The building was old and run down and the inside was in poor repair and absolutely filthy. The salesman did try to find us a vehicle that would work. I have to wonder if their service is as poor and shoddy as the building. We did not buy a vehicle there.
We checked out two other local dealerships (Toyota/Chevy) and Village Pointe earned our business hands-down. Justin D'Angelo was thorough, answered all of our questions and made sure that everything from the vehicle features to financing was transparent. We received two other quotes on our trade in and Justin was able to match that plus offer a better deal on the vehicles. We walked away with fully loaded autos and a great maintenance package for each for less than the other dealership was quoting a purchase / lease combo for two vehicles. If the service department is half as good as the sales / financing is then I will be extremely happy. Thanks for all of your hard work and professionalism Justin. We truly had a great experience, for the first time, buying our vehicles.

Thank you Sean Mitchell and Woodhouse Hyundai of Omaha at 114th & Dodge! For the past month in a half I have spent my entire free time car shopping at just about every dealership in town and sat in every small and mid-size SUV there is. After all this, I can honestly say that the experience at Woodhouse Hyundai of Omaha was my absolute favorite. Sean Mitchell was my Salesman and he was fantastic to work with. I told him what I was looking for in an SUV and with the help of his manager and general manager, Don Vitito, they were able to find me my perfect car with everything I was looking for and more, all within my budget. I have purchased a vehicle from Baxter in Lincoln previously. I wanted a Toyota, however, so decided to visit Baxter in La Vista. My salesman was Scott Farmer and he was excellent from the get-go. He was very kind and understanding. He listened to what I wanted and needed. I did not feel rushed at all and he was not pushy. He stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process, without being overwhelming. I had been to several dealerships and ended up working with this one because their customer service was exceptional. I will not deal with pushy, cheesy salespeople and was very happy with my experience!
