Gohar wasted no time placing me in the exact car I was interested in. Gohar address all concerns I had regarding my Lexus and remained consistent with communication during my purchasing process making it a pleasurable one. I intend to return to Lexus of Queens in the near future when I upgrade and I highly recommend purchasing your Lexus at the queens location solely because of the amazing customer service.

I bought my car from offlease 5 days ago and I just wanted to say Damian was great! Very proffesional and patient with me! Michael Katz was great as well! Also everyone else was great from the guys cleaning the car, the lady at the gate, finance person etc. Overall great experiance and So far Im happy with my car choise! Christopher Gallo in the service department really helped me find out why my Toyota matrix was shaking so much. The service department went above and beyond and helped me find more issues that I will come do service for in the future. There prices where fair and my service advisor made sure my car was in good hands at all times. He even got me a shuttle ride home to since I was stranded in New Rochelle.

Returning a 2013 VW Passat on a end of lease and was amazed on the personal attention received that I ended up leasing a 2016 Passat. The salesman John BATISTA was great. He was very patient, knowledgeable with the vehicles features and options. A real pleasure to deal with. His general manager Tom was also a very professional and I would highly recommend that you ask for these two gentlemen in person.
I have been to Lia Toyota of Rockland a few times now to have my Camry services and every time is just as pleasant. Every staff member is helpful and attentive and the service crew continues to do a good job. David Walsh made sure I was taken care of after I sustained damage to the underside of my car. He fit me right in and made sure the repairs were made in a timely manner and got me on my way.

My experience was very good when choosing Route 23 Honda. Although my favorite service person, Poppy, is no longer there I still find it pleasant. The only problem I had is it seems they just don't have enough help at the "busy" times - morning and evening and Saturdays. Everyone there is polite and knowledgeable but you could tell they are stressed. I like the sales dept and also the service. I have no further complaints and would continue using them.
