I never thought I would get an audi because I used to heard a lot of concerns about euro auto qualities. I almost got a TLX, just because I was not sure about the leasing deal yet, I was about to come back to Acura next day with some study. However, somehow we stopped at Audi to give a first ever try on Audi A4, yes, that was the fun time started. Anyway, we ended up at Audi Fremont for the color/configuration we were looking for. We were so lucky that Dante got us first. He shared many knowledge and experiences with us to help us to make decision. Unlike other sale folks, Dante did never show any hint to rush the deal to his customer. Even better, he gave us a good deal already when we were ready for the quote to begin with. It seems Dante just enjoy his work more than selling stuff. At the time I drop my A4 off, we become friends. I strongly recommend Audi Fremont if you are looking for an audi product, and you shall go to Mr. Dante Kanki whom you can trust for sure.
I brought my Sequoia in for a routine service since it was over 7 months since my last service. My service advisor was Lyndon De Vera. He pulled up details of my last service, and quickly determined I just needed an oil change and not a tire rotation. During the service they noticed that my drivers side wiper was in need of replacement - something that I'd forgotten about. Lyndon also got me a quote to replace a piece of broken trim.

Very positive staff from initial phone call to working with Finance and driving off the lot! I knew this was where I wanted to buy based on how straightforward and prompt Alex was, I shopped around and this was where I found the best deal.
Terry was respectful and listened carefully to my explanation of transmission problems. Hopkins and Acura were efficient in fixing the problem. At this point, my car runs fine. In addition, Acura extended part of the warranty on this car, which was not required, but is very much appreciated, and will assure that we will continue our longstanding purchases of Acura vehicles.
Convenient and pretty good service. Other than parts and service cost, I have experienced very good service at hopkins acura service center. Service is pretty good. One thing to say, please get the car dried after wash.
Adam Raines was a friendly and knowledgeable sales person. He helped me learn about the car I was interested and wasn't pushy. All of my special requests were fulfilled without any issues. Overall I had great experience and felt that I got a fair price.

So ive purchases from this dealer before but the team here in my experience these few times throughout the years although different people have definitely never been pushy, they took thier time to explain, we reviewed the numbers, everything checked out and they gave me a very good deal at the end of the day, so again thank you and I will buy from here again
Took my 4RUNNER in for the 15k mile service. Took a few minutes to be acknowledged by employees but whe they did they were polite and it was an easy drop off. They even washed it before I picked it up.
Standard maintenance and two recall items. Efficient check in process and courteous, knowledgeable staff. I appreciate the shuttle service, as the work took several hours. I would have given 5 stars but when I picked up my car there was a small scratch in the driver side door that was not pointed out to me. I pointed it out to Lou and there was no hesitation that it would be fixed, but I will need to take time out of my day to come back to have it fixed.

My service representative was very informative about what they would be doing with my car to solve the problem. He stated they would have to keep it for 4-6 hours to discover the problem. Every step of the way he kept me informed of what they were finding.
