We bought a 2018 Camry for my wife. Diana and all of the dealership staff were friendly and very helpful in selecting the perfect car for us. I brought my 07 Prius in for service in early November. Knowing I needed tires again (3rd set), I asked for recommendations which would have been better in snow than the current tires, or the original set, both of which were traction-deficient. Jason recommended either a Michelin or a General Tire Altimax, and that I could/should get other ideas online like at tirerack.com or elsewhere. I've gone with the Altimax, and am quite please with the ride, noise-level, and traction so far (on wet roads, dry, and an inch of snow). Also, I was expecting some additional expense for incidentals since the car has 105K and is 11 years old. It did need some additional work. I've always trusted Luther Toyota to treat me right. Scott did a 5-star job in helping us choose a new vehicle, a Highlander, when we came in to look at what would have been our fourth Rav 4. He was forthright, helpful and direct; we feel we were very well served by his professional and courteous manner.
I put in an order for a 2018 Toyota Highlander without AWD. It had all the other features I wanted, especially the color and trailer hitch. I thought I could live without AWD. After a few days I called back to cancel and get a refund of my deposit. The salesperson asked why and I told him the car did not have AWD and I decided not to buy because of that. He said ok and forwarded my call to the person who would refund my deposit. I got the refund in 3 days.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
Tricia is competent, smart and can hold the line without aggression or offense. I'm a bit of a grinder, and Tricia got instantly to her best price and held tight with calm, gracious tenacity. I'd definitely do business at Freeway Motors again.
Firstly, I was introduced to Hugh Bealka on a very busy Saturday. I wasn't intending on buying an Audi, but just browsing. After Hugh showed me the Q5 and going on a test drive, I was convinced that this might be the one. I was also looking at a new Lexus sedan. Thinking through it more carefully, I wanted to stay with an SUV and AWD. My wife and I proceeded with the Q5 purchase and Hugh was nothing short of fair, professional and genuine throughout the entire process. The dealership is spectacular and clean. If you ever want to consider a beautiful, excellent dealership, go to Audi of Maplewood and ask for Hugh. You will be very comfortable with the full process as Hugh will show you.
