My husband and I planned on trading in our leased Toyota truck with the intention of leasing another vehicle. We planned on "looking" around, but after speaking with Glenn, he made our visit comfortable in a manner that we did not feel pressured. Glenn understood that this was not our first time in a car dealership and therefore, we knew what we wanted regarding price, etc. He respected that and addressed our requests in a straightforward and respectful manner. As a result, we leased a car during our first meeting.
I had a very good experience at this dealership. The salesman, Glenn Dowling, did a great job! He is friendly, personable and helpful. I really appreciated that he wasn't pushy, like a salesman that I encountered at another dealership.
Baker Cadillac was the third location we stopped at while shopping for a top quality, reliable yet affordable SUV. I really wish we went there first but as they always say, you can’t recognize good unless you’ve seen bad. The first two dealers we visited weren’t concerned about the customer experience but only the sale. Randy at Baker Cadillac was the easiest salesman I have ever had the pleasure to work with. There was no pressure and he answered all of our questions with a patient cheerfulness that has left a lasting impression on me and my family!
The first time in went to website I was immediately greeted. The loan application was simple and fast. The customer service team were friendly. Michael Galer was one of the friendliest sales people I've ever encountered. I would recommend these folks to anyone I know.
My first time buying a car from a dealership and I was expecting to be jerked around to make the sale (like most local dealerships) but this was not the case, I dealt with Tom Shepard and right off the bat he was upfront with me polite and just made the buying experience all around so much easier and pleasant even! He helped me get the best deal for the car I was buying. Even though I was buying a used car you could never tell it had a previous owner the interior was pristine and it was in perfect mechanical condition! These guys are not you're average car dealership they truly care about their customers they went above and beyond to make shure everything went smoothly. I would most defiantly recommend going there if you need a car!
Little did we know we would be in need a of another car, my husband's this time 5 months from getting myself one. We went back to Keith for his knowledge and great service. 5 months later and I am loving my Sienna. Keith found my husband a great used Camry with low miles and a price that can't be beat. My boyfriend and I both recently leased cars from here. I chose this dealership because I have purchased a vehicle here in the past and they don't pressure you. I know I'm a difficult customer with a ton of questions. I have never leased a car before and everyone there was so helpful. Mark was very enthusiastic about telling me all the options on the vehicle that I was interested in. He was very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family. The experience was great. I'm sure other dealerships do this too, but I like that they let you take the car for a test drive without them. I've test drove other cars at other places before and the sales guys comes with you and asks a bunch of questions and all you want to do is actually experience the ride and not be distracted.
They had the exact car we were looking for and the price was great. They made the whole sale process easy and quick. Dealership is new and clean with a great waiting area. And when we picked the car up it was spotless.
Drop my car off for warranty work the night before. Early call the next day saying my car out of alignment. I never noticed that. Call late that day saying the warranty work can???t be complete for four days. Alignment report looks ok. Says ???an alignment not performed??? right on report. Invoice says ???customer requests??? to perform alignment. I think this is a scam. I think cars can be technically out of alignment but it is not enough to require an alignment. These guys can???t wait to tell You the car is out of alignment so unsuspecting people like me authorize them to fix it.
Elias was really friendly and helpful. The whole process couldn't have been easier. We couldn't be happeier with our car and would definitely buy from them again!!
