This is a great place. I purchased a new Tacoma recently. David was my salesperson. Randy was my finance manager. Everything went smooth and Randy even lowered the price of the truck to buy a warranty! It was practically free! I highly recommend this place!
Stopped at dealer late in the afternoon for an oil change. I did not have an appointment and expected that I would have to make an appointment. They told me it could be done in an hour. They checked my wheel alignment, changed my oil, and washed my car in the hour.
Thanks to Alex for all his help from the beginning of process to driving off with the new car on th same day. This is our third family Subaru. And we all happy with the process of buying them. Thanks again. And will be back in a few years to buy new Subaru
I purchased my Audi Q5 in Late August 2018..... I had a wonderful experience and the service was amazing through the whole process.... I had a little noise when stepping on the brakes... I brought the car back in today there was a small stone in between the rotar and pads. Steve replaced not one but both pads so that they would be even! I???m so thankful and happy for the service I received and for my salesman Steve. Rhonda
Great place with great people. They talk you through the process, are very efficient and work with you and your price range. I would recommend to everyone.

No way, not today, we're not signing anything today, not without going home and thinking about the car we chose at the numbers presented to us. Even if its a good deal. Boy were we wrong. The whole team were extremely nice and very professional. Aaron G was very professional, very polite and accommodating and never pushy. They made it extremely hard to walk away because they addressed all of our concerns immediately and even when they beat the heck out of our price point, Ron would come over and do one better. This is our third time buying a Toyota, our second time buying from Prestige and I guarantee that we will be back. Thanks guys.
We were greeted by Christopher,salesman, who shows us the car we were interested in. Listened to everything we wanted in the car and followed through on almost everything we wanted. This salesman was excellent and tried to accommodate us in every way without pressing us on a sale. We had gone to 2 different dealerships in the Rockland area and another one in Jersey before we went to Prestige, on route 17, If and when we buy another car we will go directly to this dealership and not waste anymore time looking elsewhere. Also, after we purchased our car and picked it up the next day Christopher greeted us and had our car waiting, after it was detailed. In this department we met Ken who explained the workings of the car and I would also recommend him highly. As you can see, we were completely satisfied.
I had gone to a previous Jeep dealership and was misinformed and deliberately mislead. I tried Healy and had a completely different experience. The salesperson (Nick) was understating and authentic. He empathized with my previous feelings of frustration and was up front the entire time. I can’t say enough positive things about Nick’s approach to selling cars. He was not pushy and very supportive with a passive approach which is appreciated in a field of aggressive salespeople. Finance (Anthony) was also very accommodating and genuinely friendly.
This is my first time writing a review on anything so if you are in need of a new car try Healy first.
My experience was very good when choosing Route 23 Honda. Although my favorite service person, Poppy, is no longer there I still find it pleasant. The only problem I had is it seems they just don't have enough help at the "busy" times - morning and evening and Saturdays. Everyone there is polite and knowledgeable but you could tell they are stressed. I like the sales dept and also the service. I have no further complaints and would continue using them.
Just bought my second Mini Cooper from this dealer. From the time I walked in till the time I left everything was perfect. The sales associate Spiro Borgris is the best...knowledgeable, patient, caring, and so willing to assist me and make sure that I am totally happy and satisfied with my purchase. He is always spot on with everything. I always tell everyone I know how great Spiro is.

The salesman, Bill Hessler, was extremely courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. We requested a certain model and color. He worked tirelessly to locate the vehicle for us. While locating the vehicle and once located, he kept us informed on his progress and our delivery date. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle, he was knowledgeable about the features and walked us through all the information to operate the vehicle properly. In addition, the sales manager, John Contreras, was great as well. He evaluated our vehicle for trade in and gave us a great price. He was also available to meet with us when we arrived for vehicle delivery. The time, attention to detail and overall customer interaction was excellent. Our new, 2019 Highlander XLE, is an excellent vehicle which matches the attention this dealership gave us.
