This dealership does what most marketers out there do so I was not very surprised. However, I felt uncomfortable, pressured and dominated by the sales team. In trying to inquire and gather relevant information pertaining to my purchase, the sales team expressed a feeling of time lost on their end; ???which means I was wasting their time and I needed to seal the deal ASAP???. I felt like I needed a day to make up my mind, but they got very angry at me and one of them spoke to me in a disrespectful manner and tone of voice, but I kept my cool. They also asked that I make a deposit if I needed to come the next day. I didn???t like the fact that I had to deposit any money on my first visit but I cooperated anyway because they had already projected guilt on me. If I were to rewind time, I wouldn???t visit this particular dealership. The good thing is they worked with me to fit my budget and they were able to accommodate some of my financial request. And oh, they gave me a slice of pizza too! Overall I would say this dealership is competent with paperwork and efficiency in their office work flow, but they need a lot of improvement in the way they speak to their clients.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I walked in with no appointment and was taken immediately and treated with respect and consideration. the waiting area is very pleasant and i hasd my car back in an acceptable amount of time. I'd recommend them to all.
I have been going to Rallye Lexus for years and I keep going back since they make getting a new car a completely Wonderful Experience. My salesman Anthony is great to work with and while I have the car the service dept.does a great job helping me keep it in tip top shape. Pam my service coordinator goes out of her way to make my service experience a pleasant one and if she happens to be outJoanne is there to help me.
They were very friendly at this location! They had smiles the whole time. Sean and Tom cracked jokes that helped make the process less stressful and more fun. Andy made sure to show us all of the features in the new car and he got it all set up to my liking. The process was fairly easy and quick!
I knew exactly what I wanted when I walked into the dealership, however what I wanted was not common to find! I wanted the Toyota Tacoma in a 6 speed manual in the Qucksand color. However there were none on site or even at any nearby dealerships. Our salesman helped us by contacting the factory and finding out that there were 2 cars set to be built on the assembly line that were slated to be shipped to Virginia. They rerouted it's final destination the Westport. We waited the 3 weeks for it to come in and it actually came in 1 day early! As soon as I saw it, it was love at first sight. Would definitely recommend this dealership over any others in our area.
Overall experience was great from start to finish. Jeremain was a great sales person and go us the vehicle we wanted and Jeff went above and beyond to help us out. If we have any future car purchases we will go see them
I've been going to New Country since before it was New Country - but I've stuck around because the experience has been second to none. I bought my first car there in 2004 (Highlander) and my second in 2005 (Camry). We've bought 3 more since then - 2014 RAV4, 2017 Highlander, and just today and 2015 RAV4. Our last two purchases have been through Nick Roberts - super easy to deal with! Very friendly, and explains everything thoroughly. He has also made himself available after the sales to help with any questions. I've serviced my cars exclusively with New Country and can vouch that their service department is excellent and won't overcharge you for unnecessary work. Dwayne Taylor is super helpful and makes sure that everything is right the first time. I highly recommend New Country - and I wouldn't go anywhere else!
