I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. My GS 350 is running beautifully thanks to Pete and Eddie who are totally transparent, honest and friendly. Never been upsold for extra services and never been hit with an unexpected charge. Service is prompt and thorough. Simply my best vehicle ownership and service experience.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
No pressure sales team who were very helpful with all the questions that go along with buying a pre-owned vehicle. The sales manager Mike gave us a great deal and took care of any issues we found with the vehicle.
My service representative was very informative about what they would be doing with my car to solve the problem. He stated they would have to keep it for 4-6 hours to discover the problem. Every step of the way he kept me informed of what they were finding.
Ryan was our salesperson and he was super! Found us the exact car we wanted at a really great price. Easy and upfront to deal with. Made the entire experience hassle free and easy. We would definitely recommend this dealership and Ryan.

Fitz is the best! I took my vehicle in for the 25k service. I told him that I might have an issue as I found some coolant liquid on the ground of the garage where I parked my car. But wasn???t too sure if it was coming from my car as I sometimes parked another car there too. He said he would still have them try to do a visual check to see if they found anything. He gave me an estimated time and was very good that. All around, he was very helpful and respectful of my time.

I was almost done with purchase with other dealer but at last stage was approched by Ashley, she offered a deal without negotiatation that was unbeatable, every step in the purchase process was easy and hassle free. Love to do business with Ashley.
My experience was a bit of a roller coaster, but I want to focus on the end of my experience. After having to sign two different contracts for the vehicle we purchased, because the first two finance managers messed up and did not notify us: Julio was able to help us get in contact with Felipe another finance manager of Hilltop Toyota to get the issue resolved. They both were very apologetic in regards to our situation and made up for all the bumps in the road that we had prior by providing us with excellent customer service and for staying late that night that we had to re-sign the contract. I felt bad that they had to deal with the burden of my frustration, but even with having to deal with that they were able to turn my whole experience right around. If you go Hilltop Toyota, I recommend you ask for Julio and Felipe! Thank you again for all your help.
