Vallejo Toyota was great. Not only did the find the exact car I was looking for they gave me a fair price. Nataly Diaz did a great job. Would come back and even tell my friends to come all this way to get a car.
I spent a ton of time on the Cars.com app looking for the right vehicle before I called this place. When I did I worried that the price would go up. But the price actually went down a bit. They were totally transparent. Sharon Mercado was lovely in showing me around the car and the paperwork. It felt like a win win.

I was almost done with purchase with other dealer but at last stage was approched by Ashley, she offered a deal without negotiatation that was unbeatable, every step in the purchase process was easy and hassle free. Love to do business with Ashley.
We went to the Roseville Auto Mall thinking that they would have a big selection on the Fiats, they only had one color & style. Not very happy! Next day we went on the Web Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Concord and saw that it had more Fiats on the lot to look at. We meet Sidney and he was very helpful & went over the cars details with my daughter who was very happy! She saw the color she wanted. Sidney was the best salesman that we had encounter with. We would recommend him to our friends and family. Thank You again Sidney for a wonderful experience!
My wife and I had a great experience when we bought a new car at Toyota of Vallejo. I would like to thank our salesman, Dan Terruel, who was there for us for any questions and concerns. Dan is knowledgeable and easy to work with but most of all he went above and beyond to make sure we're happy. All in all we are totally pleased with our purchased . The following week my son went to Dan to buy a new truck.
I went to Napa Toyota looking for a used NEW car for myself. Let me tell you, I was in and out of there much more quickly than expected. Lawrence exceeded my expectations in a "car salesman" you just don't get that "pressure" feel with him. He's there to do his job and most of all help. He definitely allows you to express exactly what your looking for and will do his best to find it. Lucas and Jill were just as amazing! They helped with the process that made everything run so smoothly. Thank you for making the process enjoyable.
While the dealership and its service are what you would expect, and sometimes better, this dealership is lacking in one area. I had to pick up my vehicle in the morning so I could be to an important meeting by 9am. After waiting 18 minutes for my planned shuttle, I called to see what was going on. Apparently the shuttle person hadn't looked at the note the dealership gave him and was outside of town at the airport. This left me with little time to find an alternate way of getting to my meeting. The people are nice, but don't rely on their shuttle service for pickup, especially if you're on a tight schedule.
I purchased my vehicle at Kastner Honda after comparing prices online at other dealerships for the same car. The buying process was quick and easy. I got my car at a great price and had excellent customer service. I definitely recommend Kastner Honda to anyone who is on the market for a new or used car.
We went to Michael Stead Hilltop Jeep to look at the New Jeep Cherokee. I knew what I wanted. We meant Dave Holt , Internet Manager. He took the time to try and find me the Cherokee I wanted, however we could not locate one. Dave suggested we order the Jeep Trailhawk just the way we wanted it. So we did. He keep in contact with us each week to let us know how the build was coming along. Today we picked up our New Jeep Trailhawk. It was better than I thought it would be. Dave took the time to explain all the features. I just love my New Cherokee and would buy my next car from Dave Holt. My experience was a bit of a roller coaster, but I want to focus on the end of my experience. After having to sign two different contracts for the vehicle we purchased, because the first two finance managers messed up and did not notify us: Julio was able to help us get in contact with Felipe another finance manager of Hilltop Toyota to get the issue resolved. They both were very apologetic in regards to our situation and made up for all the bumps in the road that we had prior by providing us with excellent customer service and for staying late that night that we had to re-sign the contract. I felt bad that they had to deal with the burden of my frustration, but even with having to deal with that they were able to turn my whole experience right around. If you go Hilltop Toyota, I recommend you ask for Julio and Felipe! Thank you again for all your help.
