Great service. I had an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and a software flash updat recall. My appointment was at 0800 and I arrived at 0745. Left the dealership at 0930. Seemed a little long but no big deal, they also washed the outside of my truck!

I enjoy the features of the SUV, I had previously owned a 2010 RAV4, so I knew what to expect. This vehicle has a smoother ride and some electronic features that make it easier for the driver. The interior is well designed and stylish.
Have purchased two vehicles here, easiest vehicle purchase ever! Greg is fantastic! The vehicle was in much better shape than I???d expected, and it was exactly what I was searching for.
Corolla to Rav4

I've wanted to upgrade from my Corolla to something a little bigger/more reliable in winter weather and the Rav4 is perfect for my needs! It has all of the features that I could possibly want and the extra space is just what I needed.
My daughter referred me to see Freddy at Toyota of Cedar Park and I'm so glad I did. Overall Very satisfied with my visit. Everyone there was very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Would highly recommend!!! Customer service is 5+ Stars!

Beautiful dealership with excellent service. The entire staff is very attentive and friendly. Transaction was handled fairly and we left the dealership feeling like we made a great decision by doing business there.
If you're buying, call Brian Giroux. If you're taking your car in for service, use Alan Solis. I've purchased two cars from BMW of Austin; both of which were great experiences. Brian was knowledgeable, helpful, not pushy, and was super polite to me, my wife, and daughter each time. Alan Solis in service is also amazing. He's kept me informed every time I take my car in, made sure I had a loaner if it was a longer appointment, and breaks down what can wait, and what needs to happen now. Both of these guys are phenomenal and I HIGHLY recommend them.
I bought a used Rav 4 there. When preparing the vehicle they noticed a damage not necessarily obvious to the naked eye and contacted me. After examining the vehicle we decided I didn???t wanted the car. They were extremely courteous showing us other similar used vehicles. Then they gave us a incredible offer on a new RAV4 that we couldn???t reject. They performed as a team of used cars salesmen, new cars salesmen and the managers definitively do their best to get you a great deal. Salesmen are very professional and care about their customers and the good name of the dealer. For the new Rav 4, Mr Miguel Vega took care of us, for the original used Rav 4, Mr Bernal took care of us.

I loved my 2010!!
-no power port in the hatch area
-less cargo room and cubbies to store things
-doesn’t do as well in the snow
-has more power
-overall handles better
-the base model has some bells and whistles
I love Toyota’s and have always been impressed! It has taken me a little bit to get use to the new blind spots. Overall love it!

I’v owned several Toyota’s and their always dependable. The RAV4 gets decent gas mileage, is easy to get in and out of, and it’s great in snow! It comfortable to ride in and everything is laid out nicely. It’s a solid overall vehicle.
We had a very enjoyable experience withe Shannon Brady and Eric Maund at Charles Maund Toyota in Austin, Texas. Great vehicle, test drive and overall transaction.

We are on our 3rd Sienna in 18 years and all have been extremely reliable and safe (2nd Sienna was totaled). When it came to buying a vehicle for one of my kids to inherit, we looked only at Toyotas.
The RAV4 doesn't disappoint. The ride and handling are fantastic. It's easy to maneuver. My only complaints are that it doesn't have automatic headlights or power seats on the XLE.
Best service experience I've ever had. Superb, professional and personal service, with top-notch free espresso bar (and dogs) to boot! Worth buying a Subie just for this. Also, Susan, my "case worker," was especially terrific. Both friendly and professional and interested in my personal experience with the car and quality of service and operation.

Roomy and comfortable interior. Stylish inside and out. Huge trunk with plenty of room for everything. Toyota’s safety feautures make this car reliable for 1 mile or 1,000 miles.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
Found a vehicle that I was ready to buy but their no haggle pricing was too high. As an online only dealer without brick and mortar investment they should offer very attractive pricing. I managed to find a similarly equipped car for a much more attractive price. Their customer service was great so if you find a car that you like and you like the price I would not hesitate buying from them.
Fair prices. Super friendly staff. Zero sales pressure. Honest. Great customer experience. Worth the drive from Austin!
