Melissa my sales associate is a total professional who takes pride in her work and the company she represents. A pure pleasure, now I see why Lexus has the highest repeat ownership and this dealer is a perfect example of that excellence.
We recently purchased a Subaru here for me and when my husband got into a car accident and needed a new car we knew just where to go. Anthony and Rich are amazing. They were so wonderful and walked us through everything step by step. You never feel like you are being taken advantage of here, but genuinely feel taken care of. Our girls love it here and the staff were so kind and patient with them as well. They felt like honorary employees :-). We always felt welcome when we walked through the door. We know where we will direct our business if the need ever arises and we know where we will tell our friends to go. We appreciated the professionalism and care we received at Brewster Subaru!
This is a great place. I purchased a new Tacoma recently. David was my salesperson. Randy was my finance manager. Everything went smooth and Randy even lowered the price of the truck to buy a warranty! It was practically free! I highly recommend this place!
Well this is rare for me and I never thought I would have such a great time again with a car dealer. First let me say I am sure I join a long list of happy customers that went to Ingersoll of pawling. Dylan and Torrey were way better than all other dealerships with helping me with my needs and wants. Other dealers can learn from them on just how to treat and make a customer feel relaxed and not pressured in the car buying experience. If u have a chance or the time to visit this dealership(Ingersoll of pawling)I am sure all of your needs with be addressed and handled with people that really care about doing whatever they can for the customer. On Monday December 3rd our family went car shopping for my daughter at Johnson Toyota in Middletown and were met by Brian a Johnston sales representative.. from the first time we met until the end of our visit we were treated with the utmost respect. Stopped at dealer late in the afternoon for an oil change. I did not have an appointment and expected that I would have to make an appointment. They told me it could be done in an hour. They checked my wheel alignment, changed my oil, and washed my car in the hour.
Having bought numerous cars both new and used over the years at various dealerships, this was the first experience that I didn???t feel pressured to buy. The service and communication were excellent throughout the process. I worked with Brian Ruperti and his service was excellent, I would highly recommend asking for him when you walk through the door.
After 10 years and almost 250,000 I reluctantly traded in my RAV4. While I looked at other suvs and almost purchased a crosstrek whenbit came down to it, I purchased another RAV4. My Sales Associate Melissa Horan could not have been more accommodating and professional. A total pleasure to work with. She really went above and beyond. What perplexed me was my new car was not vacuumed, scuff marks on the doors and the tires weren't even armoralled (not sure that's a word) . Not what I expected from Lexus. Lincoln delivered my car freshly waxed, interior spotless and tires armoralled. This was a let down.
