My sales advisor, Bruno Reichert, was great. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. I’ve never had a sales advisor that knows so much about cars, all makes. And he has worked there for a long time. I know he’ll be there whenever I have questions.

I specifically went to this place to deal with Tim Shaw. I found similar vehicles at other dealers, even right next door - but they didn’t have Tim. So I didn’t look any further. I trust him. He is an honest man who truly tries to fit the person to the best car for them.
My only let down was that I left $140 ‘hidden’ in my trade in - and I forgot to get it. One of their employees found it, took it and left the empty money bag. I wish everyone there were as honest as Tim.
I am enjoying my new CR-V Touring I purchased from Tim Shaw. I will be bringing other friends there to buy too.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.
In the past I have been turned off by the car buying experience at dealers and so have purchased my last several auto's from the owners. This was the first time to visit Driver's Way but will not be the last. I like their business plan and have recommended them to several friends. Research their internet site and give them a try. This is the first time I've bought a vehicle from Driver's Way and I highly recommend them. My husband and I went in with an idea of which SUV I wanted and Chad Donaldson met us at the door and made everything so easy for us. From taking a lot of time with me going through all the choices to finalizing the paperwork. We honestly enjoyed his company and we feel like we have made a new friend. We also watched the beginning of an Alabama game on his computer which my husband appreciated!
The vehicle drivers assisted sadety system had mall functioed minor twice before 14 oct thi man secured me a loner vehicle took the extra time to secure my abilities to travelthe vehicle broke down 1pm on a sunday and he stayed and issued me a loaner car never missed an apponitment was at 6 pm. We hada 2018 Nissan Murano- Joe concerned with public and customer safety the second yime had the sales team resolve the deal upon hearing us at the second time we brought the car to his service department.,Bruno Reichert and Terence Corprew took over and resolved the deal on the malfunctioing Murano concerned for our safety and our deal......these men reflect the examples that any customer wants to experience in vehicle tribulations I glad I chose to buy a Veichle from their dealership, mark I beleive was the manager who took the at first late on a sunday afternoon 14 Oct,2014 it stayed with a nossan dealer three weeks same problem sufaced less than aweek after returning to our use We. agreed with the dealer to exchange the vehicles......hats off to Driver's Way.
The facility was nice and the car choices are good. My dealer seemed distracted. They did not appear busy but he didn't seem interested in my being there. I felt I was pulling him from something more important. The prices seemed fair. I would only recommend if you want to get in buy and leave.
For a first time buyer I had a excellent experience at Hendricks l, they helped me get in my new 2019 Ram 1500, everybody was helpful from walking in at the dealership to signing the papers to close the deal I would defiantly recommend this to everybody I know.
Great management team and Kim in finance was more than courteous. My salesman, Roger, could not seem to follow through on keeping his word. He was to follow up with me again on 1 last issue. Of course I haven't heard from him since.
