This was vehicle number 6 and both Salesman, Zee Umar and Finance Manager, Kal Mian made it flawless, easy, and another first class experience. I had been searching for a tundra for a month and found one online through car fax late at night. I emailed to see if it was available and received a response immediately. Forkan was my contact and he was extremely helpful. My wife and I had been planning on visiting a closet dealership in the morning but I thought I try the Plano Toyota because the listed price was really good. Let???s just say it was worth the hour drive from Fort Worth because everyone at the Plano dealership, especially Forkan we???re so helpful and made the experience great.
Wasn???t too happy with the manager, but I???m a first time car buyer and was very nervous going in by myself. I was very fortunate to have Gill assist me and didn???t feel like he was trying to take advantage of me. He was very honest about his thoughts on each car I looked at and I???m so thankful for Gill. Not to pleased with the dealerships car options or the fact that I noticed a huge scratch on my car window after purchasing and no one told me anything and it wasn???t in the car history reports either. I was looking at 2 other cars and asked if the Manager would at least fix the scratch but he gave me a hard time even after I told him I switched from Mini of Plano to Toyota because I heard great things about the customer service. Overall Gill was absolutely amazing.
I worked with Adnan on the purchase of a RAV4. Not once did I feel pressured by him and I really feel like he was looking for out for my best interests. He was polite, friendly, and made for a great overall experience.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
Looking for a BMW for my wife I found this company, price was very reasonable and it was exact color combination she wanted. We had been to several small and large dealerships most of which had disappointed us one way or the other, they had cars advertised that did not exist or hidden damages, cars that were not prepared to be sold or rude sales people!
We were greeted with smile and taken straight to the car we'd gone to see, test drive was pleasant and we were told very politely about no haggle sales process. We decided to shop some more but at the end of the day, they had the best product at best price. Kenny and Melissa are a great team, they worked relentlessly to get it all done in our limited time frame and we left their place with a smile in our faces. Thank you from both of us to both of you.
They really treat their customers with compassion. The service was awesome. They listen to what I really needed and I left the dealership with a brand new car that was impossible for me to get at other dealerships.

By far head and shoulders above any other car buying experience. I was in and out of the door in a new car in 30 minutes. Be sure to stop by and see Scott and his crew. I bought from him at Toyota of Grapevine. And now dove over 30 minutes just to do business with him.
Started out online by completing a credit app. The sales team was quick to respond and made the entire process very easy. I actually think the time I spent at the dealership is the least amount of time I have EVER had to spend! Karen was very courteous and really took a lot of the pressure off the entire buying process. Thanks for making it a pleasurable experience!! I???d definitely do business with again!
Mr. Fife was very friendly and helpful when I brought my car in for a check-up. He was no-nonsense and speedy in his assessment. He didn't sugarcoat anything and told me exactly what was wrong, outlining the priority problems and what could probably wait. He made sure to let me know how I could save money and made what could've been a stressful service experience very pleasant and easy.
