I believe that Bristol Toyota does a great job of engaging potential customers without pretenses. I visited Bristol after first going to Balise in Warwick and not liking their hound dog techniques. Kerry Parkos was my sales consultant and he is extremely knowledgeable regarding all aspects of Toyota???s. He endeavors to get the full picture of the customer and find the right fit without purposefully pushing for a vehicle that???s not practical for the client just because it???s more expensive. Jonathan, the sales manager, and Jim, the financial manager, were helpful and courteous as well throughout the process. I???d definitely recommend buying from Bristol!
I had been to 2 other Toyota dealerships to ask about the Tacoma TRD Pro and no one even took the time to ask me if i needed help. What a nice place ! Tons of cars to choose from , had a great experience with Dan and Abed . My credit is questionable at best and we were kinda of embarrassed and hesitant to try this but Dan was nothing short of professional and helped us get the car we wanted

The sudden loss of my paid for low mileage Corolla was a shock (storm and tree did a job on it!) especially since I am relatively new to the area. I've driven Corollas for 40 years, so what the next car would be was not a question though a car payment was. My brother had recently purchased at Copeland and suggested Erik. It still amazes me that I was in a "gently used" 2017 Corolla LE only 4 days after the tree did its dirty work on my 2010! I could not be happier with the service at every turn! Thank you!
The first sales person was very unprofessional and rude, ( didn't show any interest on making a sale) the customer service lady was very helpful and asked us to please go back and give them the opportunity to do things right, we were welcome by her and a very professional sales person Alan Miller, he when out of his way to help us and got us a good deal on our trade in and the new vehicle, my wife and I are very please with both of them, we haven't had any service done on the vehicle yet, we'll see how the service department acts.
My third vehicle purchased through Bourne's. Although this purchase I will never forget. Spent most of the day at the dealership. I worked with Greg P, who did an amazing job getting me on the road with the right car for me. He was extremely patient and had great customer service skills. However, on my way home I was, unfortunately , sandwiched by two cars in my brand new Jeep. I was extremely disappointed, but glad that I was doing okay. My Jeep had extensive damage to the front and rear of the vehicle. Long story short, I was working with Greg P., Mike Kelley (GM) and Matt Aiello (Collision Center) throughout this whole progress from the very beginning to final outcome. Bourne's stepped up right away and was able to get me a rental car in no-time. I am glad to say that I will be picking up my jeep (again) this week!! Thank you for the great customer service and respect. Well done to the whole TEAM at Bourne's!!!!
