Sales person Kenya Ellis-Walker helped us filter through the choices we had researched. She is knowledgeable, relaxed, patient and listened to us so that she understood what each of us in this couple wanted. She is great.
Plus the whole Car Max experience is pleasant because you can flip among comparable cars of different makes and compare then and there. And you are not pressured at all because the sales people are salaried--the entire experience reduces stress and gives you more choice. Good for people who prefer space to think and options to compare.

got service done on my 2012 camry xle i got the car three years ago with 45 thousand miles at gatorland toyota took it in on 12/29/17 for torque converter repair didn't know if I still had warranty but did find out I had Toyota care that did cover the repair on a car that has 130 thousand miles they took care of the problem right away my service provider was very friendly also the service advisor on the phone answered all my questions car runs great now Toyota service rocks.
