Went to Hudiburg Toyota to look at a couple of Camry’s. I was greeted by a guy named Gary Trent. It was a fun and painless experience and i was in and out a couple of hours. I really enjoyed this experience.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I was looking for a used car of a certain brand, and there was one available at Fowler. I contacted the dealer and Denise got back to me almost immediately. She readily answered any questions that I had and offered to provide me with any information I would have liked. I was going to make this purchase from out of town and was looking for a local mechanic who knew this brand. I had trouble finding one but Denise was able to get me names of several who work on European cars. Unfortunately, the car sold quickly (which I absolutely expected it to because it was priced well). Denise got back to me to tell me that the car sold, when she really had no obligation to do so. This is what is called great customer service and something that is sorely missing at a lot of place. Given the opportunity, I would gladly do business with them.
We purchased a car and drove it home in an hour! The sales representative was very friendly and eager to assist. He explained the package and all functions thoroughly. After my wife and I went in the building to his work area, we told him the car we wanted and made an offer. He went to see his manager and came back shortly. He told us the offer was accepted and that the car was ours. We wrote a check and waited for the car to be cleaned and delivered. From the time we looked at the car in the lot and drove it home, it all took about one hour! It certainly was a very pleasant purchase experience!
Based on other reviews, we must have visited them on an off day. Wife got there 30 minutes early, but they didn’t come find the nail until 30 minutes after original appointment. I’ll give it to them you can’t expect them to start earlier than appointment, so maybe that part is ok. It took them another hour to confirm that she wanted to fix the flat as well as an engine flush and a/c cleaner. Once confirmed , it still took them another 40 minutes to fix flat. I think what makes us a little bitter is that we brought it in several times for the tire light, each time they claimed it was the cold weather. They also fixed the the valve stem just in case. Seriously was it a nail or the the valve stem.
I asked if 2016 Sonata price was firmed and if they had any lots closer to Henryetta but just got a generic response nothing of what I asked they seem to have descent ads just never could find out much by email etc. If prices could been confirmed they seem like a good option for this area just could of been better contact and responses to email vs. a generic response of why to buy from them.
Whole process went smoothly with the great assistance of sales rep, Josh! In and done with the process of buying a new car under 3 hours!!! Best experience we have ever had in buying a car.
