I really recommend this dealer to my friend, I think they keep very good contacts with customers, and they treat customers as friends. When I have questions about the cars, the dealer helped me and answered me my questions.
I called and got salesperson Robert. I told him what I wanted to look at. When I got there I was pleasantly surprised the vehicle I wanted to look at was inside all shined, and waiting for me. Robert was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. Because if Roberts professional manner and what I feel is a great product, my wife and I purchased the pickup.
I took my Dodge Ram to Ron Tonkins for recall repairs. I was greeted at the service desk by Jolynne’s smiling face. She was friendly, professional and efficient from the get go. My truck was repaired via the Express Lane and I was quickly back on the road. I’ve done business with Ron Tonkins service twice now and both times they over delivered. Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
Troy was super helpful and kind when I purchased my new Corolla. Car buying can be stressful, but with Troy it was easy and fun! His knowledge and enthusiasm for Toyota made the process go very smooth.

I went there after visiting another Toyota dealership and not having a good experience with the salesman or service. Wilsonville was a totally different experience. Liked not having to deal with multiple people and my salesman was not pushy and answered all my questions.
