Bought a new 2018 Toyota. Had for week they called said they needed more paperwork ASAP. I just have to say don’t let customers leave with the car until all the proper paperwork is in. I will not buy another car or recommend anybody to go there.
The car we bought was great, and Shawn the finance person was super nice. The price was very good. Our salesman Brett was a little frustrated with me during the negotiations. I recommend the dealer but not the salesman, unless you just want to sign the paper with no haggle, then he is a 5 star!
We found a 2017 tundra and Lexie made it quick, easy got a deal we could not pass on. When we wanted running boards added she made it happen. Got a loaner car for us and service dept was amazing. We WILL be back to buy cars from Lexie again!
I???ve made it a point to purchase only used vehicles in the past after a miserable experience at another dealer. I got the price I was quoted before I ever stepped foot in the dealership, and they even helped me find financing when mine fell through. The finance dept. was quick and painless, and most important to me: nobody tried to upsell me on anything. I was asked if I wanted any type of accessories or warranty items, I said no, and it was never brought up again. Never felt any pressure to purchase anything, and my salesman Chad Ojard is a stand up guy, ask him about his Mustang. This is the way all dealerships should operate. Chad and his team made the drive to Olympia totally worth it for me.
I sent in an email to verify a few items on a truck they had for sale. Already knowing the trusts history we wanted to clarify a few known issues for the original location of the truck (ex: rust), things we wanted to know before driving over an hour. The person that got back to me was very helpful and honest about the trust we were interested in. She personally went out to go and look under and around the truck for us and was honest that it did infect have rust. She didn't try and further sell us the truck or be pushy about trying to sell us into something else, which was very appreciated because I don't have time. We knew exactly what we were looking for and she knew they didn't have it so she didn't waist my time or hers really. Most car sales are beyond pushy and they weren't.

Originally went in to look at a used car that was available the evening before because I was messaging about it. When I got there was told it was sold. Wasn't happy about that. So went with Mafi to look at what else was available. Had a good experiance with him. Picked out a Rav4 that I liked. He was good to work with and got me a new rig at a price that worked for me. Got excellent service from Jeff and Sam when I went to buy anew Camry. They were both knowledgeable and courteous in describing the vehicle's features and answering questions I had. I recommend Jeff and Sam.
I stopped in to get their best out the door price as a comparison quote for a 2017 Sienna. Despite going to the used lot by mistake, Jim took my information and called the new car lot. He gave me a rough number with the promise of a final figure via email. As promised, I had a final quote within 2 hours. This figure was lower that the first dealership we looked at, so we went with Toyota of Olympia. They traded another dealership for the color I wanted and within 4 days I was driving my new Sienna.
I discovered scratches on the side view mirrors from the prep and brought it in the next day. Carlie and Tyler looked it over, agreed the mirrors were scratched by the dealership and promptly authorized replacement at no expense to me. I couldn't be happier!
