I ended up not buying a car from the dealership, but the service I received from Justin and Brian was excellent. The no pressure, no nonsense approach to the buying experience is refreshing and pleasant.
If I were looking for a used car again, I would choose Echo Park first.
I came in to purchase a 2015 BMW 228i at the Colo. Springs location. Mark Riopelle and Steven Hicks helped me with the purchase. The car was in beautiful condition and the test drive with Steven confirmed I was making the right choice. The only concern was a check engine light. Their in-house tech confirmed it was a temperature sensor code. We all assumed it was a simple warranty issue (and because the car was still under warranty, no big deal). Of course, after purchasing the car, I was anxious to get it checked out and repaired. I went to my local BMW dealer where I got good news and bad news. The problem was simple: a severed wire to the sensor (probably a critter). However, that's not a warranty issue. The repair cost $350. Here's where Echo Park shined. They took full responsibility for the repair cost. That action shows real integrity, a rare commodity in the retail car business.
We ended up purchasing two new 4Runners and even with an hour power outage (due to someone hitting a power box or something) they worked through everything, gave us everything we were looking for, and it was a quick and easy process.
My wife and I went in with a vehicle in mind, Fay had that exact vehicle out and ready for us when we got there! We had an awesome experience where Fay assured us that she was there to help us get the vehicle we love. We are now proud owners and would highly recommend anyone to go in and see Fay! Our experiences with Larry H Miller Toyota Colorado Springs has always been fun and enjoyable. We have always been treated nicely and with honesty. We have bought 6 Toyotas so far and intend on staying with them. We have not had any big problems that could not be talked about and negotiated to a comfortable solution for everyone. The service department has always been attentive and friendly along with the parts department. The new car buyers parties have always been fun and we finally won a door prize. The finance department was friendly and explained all the details of our purchases. The sales people have always done right with us and never stopped short of listening to our wants and desires and went out of their way to satisfy us.
Brent Farmer was the liaison for Costco purchase. He answered our email on THANKSGIVIVG! We also brought our daughter into the dealership so she could purchase a new Rav4 also! Her first new car!
Brent was GREAT in finding the vehicle I wanted. The process was seemless.
My only comment is the lack of food in the dealership. We were there from 8:30 am - 3pm and we were unable to get anything but popcorn.
