We bought our Subaru Outback yesterday from Chris Taylor at Dellenbach Subaru in Fort Collins. It was the easiest car buying process I have ever had. I contacted him to set up a meeting to talk about what kind of car I was looking at (new, used) narrowed my choices between Outback or Forester and from there made a decision on the Outback. Chris was extremely helpful, very patient during my 500 questions and had a great attitude the whole time. I would say the entire experience was refreshing from your "average" car buying extravaganza where you feel smothered by the sales person who is trying to sell you everything under the sun. This was different, it was smooth sailing, never felt hassled at any point and even though I went back and forth to the dealership 3 times before I bought anything they treated me extremely well from the second I walked through the door until I drove away in my new Outback. Not only was my sales experience excellent but Subaru's in general are really excellent car's so that helps when trying to make a decision. If you are looking to buy a new or use Subaru I would save yourself the trouble of looking else ware and give Chris Taylor a call.

We purchased our THIRD car for our family from Peppe and Ari at Highline Motors. I wish I can rate them as a 10 star service, 5 star does not seem fair for the SUPERIOR service, SUPERIOR patience and SUPERIOR delivery on our 2014 Toyota Tundra ( we also purchased a Mercedes 300 class and a BMW from Highline Motors in the past 4 years). The service department with Reed as a manager is EXCELLENT as well. We were treated with UTMOST COURTESY, PROFESSIONALISM and INTEGRITY!!! Long story short; we'd just moved to the US from the UK so had no credit history here. My Uncle who lives in the US was able to co-sign so we were able to get a decent rate (nowhere near the 21% - AutoNation had quoted us!). Our salesman Casey was great - he seemed trustworthy and honest from the outset and was throughout the whole process - he set up the whole Co-Signing thing with no fuss, even though my Uncle was actually on holiday in Europe. All it took was a five minute phone call and he did the rest. Other dealers were saying it couldn't be done while he was out of the country, some were saying he'd have to do an online application which would take him 90 mins. These guys, by their own admission, are not one of the big names when it comes to dealers but one of the many advantages of this is that they can be that bit more flexible and don't have to 'sell cars via a script'. We got a fair price for the car, their finance guy was good - obviously has some established links with banks/lenders as was able to get us a rate we were very happy with. Casey was great - extremely professional, no hard sell, certainly new the car we were buying inside and out and he's been at the dealership for sometime which counts for a lot, All in all, I'd definitely buy a car from Honda of Greeley again and it was nice to not have the usual nightmare dealer experience.
I had a great experience purchasing a Tundra at Stapp. The sales staff was very helpful and willing to walk me through the whole process. I have already recommended Stapp to people who have admired my new truck. I am looking forward to a future of great service.
Last Tuesday, I was rear-ended by an uninsured driver, and my poor car (that I loved oh-so much) was totaled. After a stressful week of dealing with insurance, I turned to Pedersen Toyota for help. I cannot tell you how fortunate and thankful I am that this team was on my side. I’m back in a new RAV4 and had to jump through ZERO hoops to make it happen. How awesome is it when someone realizes what a pinch you’re in and works diligently to help you out!? I could go on and on about how grateful I am, but the nutshell version is: Pedersen Toyota is bomb-diggity. And if you want to feel like an actual person rather than a dollar sign when you go to buy a car... well, you know where it’s at. The attention of my salesperson and the friendliness of all employees. The model I wanted was in short supply, but my salesperson did what he could to check out availability. His approach was more about giving me information than high pressure sales. It turned out that the car I wanted became available and he called me promptly so that I had a chance to consider purchasing it, which I did. The time he spent orienting me to my new Volvo was truly exceptional. I couldn't be more pleased with my choice and the treatment I got at Pedersen.
I visted Pedersen Toyota ft Collins, to check out a used car. I had an awesome salesman that anticpated my disability needs. Very knowledgeable about the Toyota brand and quality that helped sort out out cars. The prices were competitive and priced at a fair price. Their cars generally have lower mileage than many businesses. I appreciate all the financing options they provide me for a good buy. I highly recommend Pedersen Toyota due to their reputation and integrity. The two separate locations for Volvo and Toyota.

What a wonderful experience!! This was not the first purchase we made from Pedersen, and there is a reason for this. Working with Vicki Bagwell, we had a very specific list of vehicles we were looking for. Over several months, Vicki kept us up to date on inventory, and was kind enough to spend many a weekend afternoon with us hashing out various options and test driving vehicles. We ended up buying a new vehicle from Pedersen because of the great deal and service we received. Would highly recommend the dealership and salesperson to anyone looking for a low pressure experience with excellent service. Thanks Pedersen for all your help, we will surely continue to be repeat customers.

I bought an extended warranty (Vehicle Service Agreement) from Brandon (Finance Manager) at Pedersen Toyota last week. This is something I thought I would never do until I started researching and learning about Toyota VSAs. I'm a Dave Ramsey semi-follower and have always thought that extended warranties were complete rip offs. Well, most truly are...except Toyota. I highly encourage you to read up on them when buying a Toyota. Without a doubt the best vehicle warranty out there.
Brandon took time out of his crazy busy schedule to meet with me individually and discuss the different plans available, all with about 1 hour notice that I was stopping by. He gave me an amazing price right off the bat and beat about 10 other dealers that I had been "haggling" with, via email, on extended warranty prices
Super chill guy and great at explaining the fine print details that extended warranties always have. I highly recommend Brandon and the finance team at Pedersen to anyone who is skeptical about extended warranties or just plain wants a great price on one. If you read this Brandon, I can't thank you enough man. I'll see you soon for an oil change!
