I made a mistake! We bought the first used car this year NOT from Select Auto! We did buy the second used car at Select Auto. This car was a 2016 Nissan Altima with low mileage at a great price. The car was loaded with options and cost was less than then the new Nissan Altima we purchased in 2016. We have driven the car now for several weeks and the performance is great without any maintenance issues as advertised by Select Auto. I would recommend them to my family and friends as they delivered to use as advertised....great auto with low one owner mileage at very competitive pricing!
I bought a new Camry from Greg several months ago and mentioned how I was also looking for a used car for my daughter. More recently he called me up with exactly the used car I had in mind, in my price range, and I was able to buy it the same day. I was very impressed he remembered what I was looking for then found it for me.
This is my second purchase from Glenn Toyota in Frankfort,KY and Gary Fields, my salesman, assisted me in finding the right car. Both times Gary has made every effort to find exactly the best vehicle according to my wants and needs and made sure that when I left every need had been met and I had no questions about anything. I am more than pleased with my experience at the dealership, with my salesman, and also with the finance manager who is friendly, helpful, and concise. He even had my paperwork made up for my second purchase exactly as the first. Which was exactly what I wanted!

Jarred was the person I worked with the longest. He was very friendly, courteous, helpful and professional. He worked hard to try to get me the best deal that stayed within my budget. He and JP stayed almost an hour past closing, because of an issue with my insurance, to get the deal through. Jarred personally. delivered the car to my home the next day and has followed up a couple of times since then to make sure everything was working okay and to see how I liked the car. He seemed very genuine and sincere unlike other sales people I've dealt with in the past. JP and Chelsy were also very professional, courteous and helpful. However, I spent very little time with them Jarred and JP gave me lots of advice related to the vehicle as well as financial advice for the future. All in all, I am very satisfied with the great service I experienced. The car drives like a dream too. I will definitely refer family and friends if I learn they are in the market for a new vehicle.

I stopped in to look around and look at use cars. My salesman Ron Snapp was the best. He showed me cars in my price range and answered all my questions, he was the best. I wasn’t ready to buy yet but when I do I’m going to see Ron Snapp at Greens Toyota. He was so helpful
Elam was great to work with! He wasn’t pushy at all like a stereotypical car salesman. He was very patient with me and honest, which I greatly appreciated! I was also excepting to be there for a long time after I made my decision because of all of the paperwork, but they were ready for me and made it super easy. It was a great experience buying my first car!
Earlier I posted a negative review for the Don Franklin Mitsubishi dealership over some issues that may have been small compared to other reviews. But my expectations were high in regards to what others had said, and small things can add up to big things in my humble opinion.
However, executive management at the dealership did reach out to me expressing interest in resolving the issues. That, in and of itself, speaks volumes and raised my over-all respect for the Don Franklin Family of Dealerships, and which resulted in an amiable solution to my frustrations. It does not negate the fact that it had to go to upper management to be resolved, but it does show their intent for customer relations to improve; and they have bent over backwards to bring resolution to the issues.
Trust is important! And without hesitation, I can now give my recommendation that you can indeed trust this dealership to satisfy your needs in purchasing and maintaining a vehicle! Missteps were made in my case, but they were taken care of. Thank you George Monticello for your patience and understanding.
