I came from another dealer who actually watched me walk out his door. Now, I know my legs are nice and all but really? When I went to Town and County, ain't no salesmen putting out their smokes and running up to my car. No, sir. Curtis was first class. Working together with the manager, Amer, I got it all and more. Curtis is THE MAN! We shopped a dealer closer to us and walked away very disappointed. And they held the door open as we did! WHAT THE...! A friend had me call Curtis and he told me to come on in, he'd take care of me. I purchased my Corolla and always bring my car to Town & Country Toyota for service. I think you may be more expensive than other places (I bought a battery) but the extraordinary service and peace of mind is well worth it. I had some other things that potentially needed correction. Jaden Green was my associate. He listed everything in order of importance, advised me of the need of each item and let me make the decision on what would be done...No pressure. I was so impressed with his attitude and professionalism. Jaden was great!!
I went to T&C Toyota for a recall and found out I had 4 to take care of (I ignored the others....) and they took such good care of me and my car! Michael on the phone was so polite and nice and he ordered the parts for the next day because it was the only day I could come in. Michael was a pleasure to work with. Then when I came in, John D’errico helped me out and was my point of contact. I was very comfortable in the waiting area (it was a long stay....4 recalls! Oops! ) where they had comfy chairs, free fresh popcorn, coffee and good tv on. When the car was returned to me, they’d even had it washed and they put air in my tires!! I’d come back any time.
The standard, Dan Ingrassia the Product Specialist was GREAT, knew his products and presentation was text book. Carlos was the Middle Man, running between upper Mgmnt and Me. His delivery of the figures were also text book. Accepted payments with no money down, 72 months new 2018 Rav4 and New 2019 Corolla. Chris and Nate, the Upper Mgmnt that makes the calls and deals with the Banks were spot on. I'm going misspell this one, but (Christiana) in finance, lovely and very Professional young lady was text book and provided what was given to her through the chain and then the part of signing the Bible on 2 cars began. It was during the "Bible Stage" that something wasn't right. Somewhere between our deal at the desk with Carlos and the Finance Office, the terms on the RAV4 got bumped back from 72 months to 75 months, which totalled just under $1800.00 for the 3 months (ie..the down payment they wanted us to do). But in the end, all is good. Bought 5 cars from Toyota North Charlotte before these 2, and we will go back...
Good experience from the time we pulled up. Nice salesman who knew the model we were looking at inside and out. Did not plan on buying the car that day, but it was such a pleasant experience we signed on the dotted line that very day. I love supporting local businesses.
Wesley did an excellent job of getting the deal done. Going back and forth with sales team to get me the best deal so I could drive away in my new Toyota. The only thing I wasn???t pleased with was the cafe staff member. My wife and I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes before she said something to us and then said we needed to come over to the other side of the counter to order. I explain that we didn???t know this as their wasn???t a sign saying this. Also she wasn???t friendly. I spoke to her she said nothing when we left and said thank you again nothing. Bring in customer service she needs to treat everyone the same or at least show some type of respect.
I called on a Friday and my service advisor was able to get me a Saturday service appointment! I know that’s not easy. Rhonda always comes through for me. I usually give her more notice. She makes me feel valued as a customer.
David Bowlws is from the original toyota of Rock hill. He knew my cat needs and got it done , helpful and knowledgeable about my car.
