“Great Buying Experience”
My Husband and I decided it was time to buy a new car--about 1 year before we actually did! I kept putting it off because I HATE car shopping (don’t you), the pressure, the money, the whole miserable experience. We chose Gosch because of location and reputation. We decided to go and drive “something” just to see what might be out there. We were very interested in Hyundai for the great warranty. Made an online appointment and went in to meet MIke Stratton. We were quickly introduced to Justin Peterson (Mike w/ another customer). Justin was awesome. He let us do our own thing, made sure our questions were answered. We ended up purchasing an awesome Hyundai Tuscon. It’s been a couple of weeks and I’m just writing my review to say this was the “BEST” car buying experience ever, for my Husband and for me. No pressure, no price changes, no “car salesman” scenarios.
We have been contacted several times to just check in and make sure we don’t have any questions about our purchase. Amazing customer service and product. My husband and I both give Gosch Hyundai and the sales team 5 stars. Thank you for the great car buying experience.

We bought a new Toyota Highlander last night from Mynor Rodriguez. The experience was great, from start to finish. In the usual experience with a dealer, there is a contentious back and forth with price negotiation and the buyer leaves feeling at least partly defeated. That was not the case with Toyota of Redlands. Mynor offered us a deal that was the best we have seen. There was no need or want to negotiate, on our part. All we had to do was say yes. Mynor is sincerely nice and you immediately feel comfortable with him. He is not pushy and it feels like buying a vehicle is secondary to having a good conversation with a friend. We also interacted with Lisa and Gil, who were also amazingly kind. One thing I noted to my wife, after we left, was that it looks like a good place to work. All of the employees seemed genuinely happy in their interactions with customers and with each other. Thank you Mynor Rodriguez and all of Toyota of Redlands.

I visited Toyota Redlands on 09/17/215 at 1:00 pm. At 3:00 pm everything was set. I got my car at my expected price. Thanks Mr. Mynor Rodriguez and Ms. Rosie Torrez. They were so nice, so warm, so professional and so patient. All info they gave me was true that is just same as I got from internet.
We contacted Mynor Rodriguez via internet to see about trading in our 2014 Corolla. He encouraged us to come down to see what he could offer us. He had the car we wanted and was able to get the deal we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable and personable. We agreed on the sale terms. Then he had Toi Costakes finish up the finacing for us. We are return customers. A great dealership to do business with. We will be back to buy our daughter a car.
