Bought a car online through Bonnie - she was very helpful and gave us space and then followed up. Drove 3 1/2 hours to seal the deal and pick it up. She was great! Great deal on an excellent used car. Dealer spent some money on replacing the timing belt b/c car had just over 100,000. Was very clean upon pickup.
Bought a car and Jim Kelly helped us. He went above and beyond, staying late so that we could see a car and write up a deal, along with coming in on his day off to finish up the transaction. It all went very smoothly and quickly. I would definitely buy a car from Twin City again.
Your service personnel are fantastic especially Brandy. She went out of her way to rescue me twice during a recent repair service. Everyone there is very helpful and really makes an effort to ensure the customer is satisfied, but Brandy is a wonder!!
